Der schlechteste Lieferdienst, den es gibt! Seit 2 Wochen ist das Päckchen in Schweden unterwegs.
Ein Stern ist auch zu viel!!!

They say they attempted delivery but that is a lie. We have been home all the time. Nothing on CCTV. Most likely a slack courier who couldn’t be bothered so writes up as failed attempted delivery.

Supposed to have delivered but no parcel looks like this firm is rubbish to say the least I’ll try and find the address and go there

First I received notice that the item could not be delivered because the driver did not have access to the building—which is strange, because the building is a house with a mailbox of more than adequate size and no fence or barrier to delivery. The next day I was told that the item was delivered but it was not there. When I inquired about it I was told that it had been delivered, and was shown a photo of the item—but it was not on my property. It was on a public sidewalk near my property. Had the driver walked about 20 seconds, he'd have been at my front step and mailbox, but for some reason he left the package in an open public space. I never saw it and it never even touched my property. I cannot say I have any confidence in the quality control being exercised over those who deliver for this company. A major disappointment as well as a dead loss financially. Ebay seems to use Speedpack, but I will not bid on items shipped this way again.

Very good experience with Speakpack. Everything went smoothly and without any problems. The customer service is helpful, and the couriers are always friendly and smiling, even though it’s not an easy job. The whole process is simple and convenient, and deliveries arrive on time. I will definitely use the service again, especially since I use it quite often, and I can recommend it to others.

Item s shown on the tracking as 'out for delivery' day after day and never arrives.
Useless, would have given a zero if it was an option.

Tracking takes you to a scam to click on Apple Pay. Glad l checked. It will take money from you.
No tracking available since order at beginning of February, despite information saying tracking provided.
Still not received parcel over a month later.

Extremely disappointed with this delivery. The courier threw my package on the ground right in front of my door instead of placing it properly. We live in a busy community area with people constantly walking past, so leaving it exposed like that is completely unacceptable.
There is a designated safe storage area on the side of the house specifically for deliveries, yet it was completely ignored. It would have taken seconds to place the parcel there securely. Instead, it was tossed on the ground in full view of everyone.
This is careless, unprofessional behavior and shows zero respect for customers’ property. Very poor service.

Utter rubbish, they send my parcel to another country and now its says it is going to take another 2 weeks after waiting 2 weeks.

Wish I could give a Zero for service. Apparently, they 'just missed me' I was informed via email. I was home. No-one came to the door. No one knocked. No one rang the bell! It is the SpeedPAK delivery drivers who are missing something!

This is a horible company,been waiting for my order they didnt e ven leave at the safe place,didnt even leave it to 5he postaustralia at least i canclaim it if im not home..terible experience i have..i dont have any problem if the postaustralia deliver my order its really good.but this company is not goodnever again.

Received a notice saying out for delivery since 7:16 pm. I have been waiting ALL DAY for this delivery.
At 7:20 pm I get notice of attempted deliver… package being sent back to warehouse. It does not take 12 hours to make a deliver in my town.
And no one tried to contact me from call box… they are not being honest.
I won’t be ordering anything from China again… all because of this delivery service.

"Niestety nie polecam tego przewoźnika. Zwróciłem się z prośbą o wycenę przesyłki, jednak zostałem potraktowany bardzo nieuprzejmie (zbyty/spławiony). Brak profesjonalizmu i szacunku dla potencjalnego klienta. Jeśli tak wygląda kontakt na etapie wyceny, strach pomyśleć, jak wyglądałaby sama usługa. Omijać szerokim łukiem."

How can someone who has one job to do get it so wrong? Being delivery of a parcel to the address on that parcel, yet delivery it to a different address.

De er totalt inkompetente. De siger at de har prøvet at levere min pakke, og at min pakke er klar til pick-up, men skriver ikke noget om hvor jeg kan hente den. helt værdiløse

Recieved email to say parcel had been delivered in secure place but no note to say where and I only have one secure place and nothing was there, waiting reply off the seller

I got a notification at 4:30 in the afternoon to tell me that my parcel was out for delivery but no time on it. It’s now 8:30. Pm I’m just wondering how long I have to wait for I think they would at least send you more information..

This company informed me that delivery of my package was attempted but delivery was impossible owed to an invalid address. The package arrived 4 days late with the correct delivery info on the label! This appears to be a common problem with SpeedPAK. I understand that this is an ebay created delivery service. I suggest ebay address the matter.
