8 separate packages all have gone missing at the same time
I've had 8 packages in total completely disappear at the same exact time. Tell me how that happens? They were all separate transactions, and all some how are marked as they were released from customs, and they made all 8 of these packages have the same exact time of the release. You cant even get help from them, they won't search for your item and they'll never update your package as 'missing' making you get stuck waiting a month to get refunded for something they knows lost. But now to lose 8 separate packages at the same time, it makes me completely disgusted. I'll never use this company.

I hope every person that was involved with the shipping of my package gets struck down by Zeus. it was meant to arrive by Christmas but ended up being delayed to a month after. I waited patiently in hope that I would still be able to see it again. but no. they "lost" it. and it had been lost the day I ordered it according to the tracking updates. I had the most scrumptious deal on an order and they somehow managed to mess that up from the very beginning. how does that even happen. how did y'all mess up this badly. I don't even think they stole my package considering it was just a bunch of nerd shit but they managed it

scam company, needs to be sued
Ordered jeans from vinted in september and they automatically gave me pro carrier as the delivery service, without giving me a choice, usually i wouldn’t mind but this is a scam company. Pro carrier had my order and was stuck on “in transit” for a month until i got a refund in october. I recently just ordered another pair of jeans and they’re also with pro carrier and are currently in “in transit” and haven’t moved. This company is a complete scam and needs to be taken off vinted as a delivery service immediately.

Terrible company. My package was shipped on 3 November, and since 6 November it's in transit. Today it's 22 December, the package never arrived, and the status never changed.
I contacted the seller and they refunded me. Still, it doesn't change the fact that the Pro Carrier company is horrible; it seems that most of their packages just vanish. Their customer support is nonexistent. How is it legal that a company still exists, if they are probably just stealing people's packages? I'm baffled that shops still use the services from this "company", if they have to nonstop refund missed packages.

Orderd a pair of sneakers from Size. This company pro carrier lost them, to contact someone from this company to find out information about your delivery is impossible. When I'm ordering from different sites in the future if they use pro carrier I won't order from them. An absolute joke of a company in my eyes.

Someone from Irland ordered from me (France) by Vinted, my package has been "scanned to the group" for over 7 days now and no, it's not a tracking update delay. But the best thing about their incompetence is their customer service... a pure masterpiece, here's the answer I got after asking if my package's delay was normal "ask your customer" Oh because they will know better than you ?! This whole service is a joke. At this point swimming with your package to Irland will be faster than asking them to deliver it. And yet my customer didn't get the package, who knows in what conditions it will arrive...

I ordered a jacket from Vinted, total transaction cost $2,300 USD. When I received the parcel, it had been opened, the jacket stolen and replaced with a chunk of hard packed dirt wrapped in toilet tissue, and then re-sealed with brown packing tape. The reason I blame this on Pro Carrier, is twofold: 1) the Pro Carrier shipping label was applied on top of the brown packing tape, and 2) the package was weighed by Pro Carrier and weighed 0.450 - less than 1 lb - which is roughly 1/3 or 1/4 the weight of the jacket itself. These clues point to the theft having happened at the Pro Carrier facility. In other words, these guys steal contents of packages.

Ordered a package off of vinted nearly 2 weeks ago now , the seller has lots of 5 star reviews so trusted him , he used this company for delivery to Ireland , the package was sitting in a collection point for 3 days before it was collected, since then my package has been “loaded to pallet” sitting there the last 10 days with no updates on it , so I reached out to them via email only to be told to contact the seller as they’re best suited to give me updates on it , So they have my package in their possession but they reckon the seller can tell me more about it , I responded demanding an answer from them and have been ghosted by them , Vinted are also to blame for this as they clearly don’t do anything about it , judging by the amount of bad reviews this company have they should not be a partner with vinted , Will never order anything from France again after this , had bought this as a Christmas present and looks like il be waiting till January to be able to get a refund now

I would give them a minus 1000 stars if I could. They are the worst. They contact me via text regarding an address issue, I respond within 10 minutes and then crickets!! Radio silence, many text and a phone message with no response only to have it sent back to sender. The worst!!

Dealt with another courier before and never took longer than 10 days. That was Xmas present what is more annoying. Fix your customer service and issue with tracking updates!!!

Ordered a package from Vinted and my package is saying “in transit” the past 6 days? Definitely don’t recommend. Tried contacting the customer service team and they were so unhelpful and told me to get back in contact with Vinted which can take up to 48h?. I would expect a long delivery from USA but not this long from France! Waiting over a week!! Supposedly my package is on a pallet the past 3 days, doing what I don’t know. Also says on Vinted estimated arrival 4th/10th December which I highly doubt will come as I need it by the 15th of December and if it doesn’t I will be returning. Horrendous!

AVOID!!! absolutely terrible company, vinted parcel has been on a pallet for 23 days now and it seems I can't track my item as of today. Absolutely no customer service. I seen people suggest packages are being fleeced by staff and honestly that checks out. Not a safe company to use.
