SENT GLASSES OF,F GOT EMAIL TO CONFIRM LENSES, PAID BY PAYPAL AND GOT GLASSES BACK WITHIN THE WEEK. VERY PLEASED WITH SERVICE AND LENSES. WILL USE AGAIN.

After wisely double-checking my prescription by e-mail, I go the specs the next day! The whole process couldn't have been easier.

Impressed by the turnaround time, ordered specs on Sunday arrived on the Wednesday. Pleased with the finished article, job well done.

So, I needed to get two new frames re glazed. After being quoted an absurd price from "the high street" I turned to the web...
I based my opinion on the high rating of spectacles direct. I phoned, got through right away, sent thru my queries and was quoted a REALLY good price!
Was sent a straight forward pack.... *foc I might add....good set up there!!!*
Got glasses back in less than a week.

The service was really good - fast friendly and efficient. Now I've tried it out, I'll get some more glasses done! The seemed to know their stuff when they telephoned and I didn't feel I was sold to!

phoned on a Saturday expecting no answer but got through to a very helpful chap called Wayne, he was able to answer all my questions and even put the last pair of fuel cells aside for me until i ordered them later that day. Received within a few days well packaged and in perfect condition, would definitely use Spectacles Direct again as there service was faultless :).

When you are dealing with the internet you don't really know how you are going to get on. But I should have had no fears because everything was done exactly as I expected and in good time. Very nice people to speak to on the telephone as well, I will certainly go to them again.

I requested the tint in my perscription sunglasses (Prada) be graded as they are un-perscript......They are identical and are totally perfect. was fed up of loosing the "look' of the design after having my perscription added. so for an extra cost I am more than happy with the end result!

Tried to order some new glasses online but their was a problem with the website, contacted Spectacles Direct over the phone and they couldn't have been more helpful, Wayne took my order on the Saturday and despite having special order lenses my new glasses popped through the door mid Thursday morning. Perfect, thank you!
