I love how the T-Shirt fits (Glory T-Shirt in XL). I am rather slim (90kg) but tall (1,90). So exercises like pull-ups can get uncomfortable. But the length of this shirt is perfect so my belly sta... Se mer

International Returns Nightmare
International Returns Nightmare
Purchased the Shadow Ops Combat Jacket and Vest in June. Items arrived in Sydney within 2 weeks of the order but size was too small. I tried to complete the returns process but it was closed off so I had to email the info email address to re-open the returns.
Returns were posted the US returns location the next day via Australia Post and I received Tracking to say it arrived in Mid-August. Contacted the info email to advise it should have arrived, advised that it had not been received by the warehouse.
Package has still not arrived at the returns location and despite multiple emails requesting follow ups. I lodged a missing parcel item with Australia Post and USPS who both advised that the parcel had been received.
Sparta eventually lodged a report of failed receipt of the items with USPS and advised me and requested that I stop communicating with them and that they would advise me of the results of the investigation.
It had been 3 weeks since they lodged the investigation and I have received no communication from Sparta Athletics and no resolution.
I do not recommend using Sparta if you are an international customer. Waste of time and money..

Hello Craig, thank you for ordering and providing your honest feedback. We are also sad to see your return being stuck but please be aware after communicating with you on email that we are working hard to push the carrier to come with an answer and clarification towards a claim on your behalf. As these are overseas (non EU/US/UK) returns, this investigation with Australian Post unfortunately may take longer than usual. We will remain in touch for you, through email!
