Sparkleanddot Omdömen

Decent service overall from Sparkleanddot. The craftsmanship is good, and the product arrived promptly and nicely packaged. Tara was polite and helpful, though the pricing could be a bit more competitive. The bespoke pieces are unique, but the experience didn’t quite wow me. Still, it’s worth considering if you want something personalised.

Very happy with the keyring I ordered. It was received within 48hrs. Great product which was nicely presented and a fantastic service. I would definitely purchase from here again.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. I couldn’t fault the speed of communication and Tara’s eagerness to ensure she made my piece perfectly. Highly recommend, I will definitely be buying some other lovely pieces from here in the future!

Great quality and speedy delivery.

Had extremely good communication, was helped throughout the order, very pleased with the whole buying experience item was exactly as described, so cute and lovely.

Tara is a very talented lady who puts so much love and effort into her work. I've ordered a few pieces from her and she has bent over backwards to make them just right during the design process for me, with great patience as I kept tweaking them. She is very good at customising the piece exactly as you want. She is lovely to chat to and I consider myself to have found a new friend! The quality of her work is excellent, professionally delivered and beautifully packaged. The website is very professionally built, full of good information and very helpful. I highly recommend her work as a gift to give to someone that is totally unique and that will last a lifetime, for a very reasonable price. She's an inspiration to me to not give up on my own art endeavours. Thank you Tara, Honor Parkinson

I saw some dog I.D. discs on Tara’s Facebook page and asked if she could do one for a new kitten. Of course she could!
I followed her recommendations for the metal, chatted about designs, had to talk about copyright too, as I wanted TopGun on the tag, but couldn’t. But no matter, I received the tag so quickly and Goose looks the cat’s whiskers with it on his collar.
Excellent service. Lovely communications. Faultless.

I chose a coin for my brother to help him through a difficult time.
The service from the beginning was amazing… helping me to get exactly what I wanted. Delivery and packaging was lovely and my brother was over the moon. The coin might be small, but it means a huge amount. Thank you so much 😊

Really pleased with the copper money clip. The message was clearly punched. I'm sure my daughter and son in law will love it.

Excellent! I messaged late on a Thursday night and paid special delivery I received my order on the Saturday! 2 beautiful keyrings for our Ten Year wedding anniversary. Complete with a fox and cupcake and our wedding date handstamped. Perfect. Definitely recommend. Fantastic customer service. Thank you.

The item is lovely I'm sure the person receiving it will love it as much as I do. Will be buying from here again

Lovely handmade jewellery , would definitely use again. Thanking Tara for sending out so quickly and keeping in touch :)

Tara was really helpful with my order - very personable and efficient. Always replying to my emails within minutes of me sending. I had a few questions about my order and she was very kind and friendly. She created it really quickly and it arrived within 3 days. The packaging was beautiful - in little gift bags and tissue paper. I would not hesitate to recommend this business to anyone. The bracelet and ring were perfect. Thank you Tara
