Ordered spare wheel with jack and brace, wheel turned up about 3 weeks later, no jack or brace arrived, been trying to contact to no avail. Steer away from this company, they are piss poor, never again.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Paid £115 for and Audi A4 space saver. Item still hasn't arrived after 14 days. No one is answering the phone number or responding to emails. Now having to go through my bank to get the money back.

Scam site so had to request chargeback. Please avoid as emails are not answered, mobile rings a while and always goes to answerphone. Try using contact form on website and you will see it doesn't work.

Space saver wheel ordered online for a Mazda 2 hybrid, wheel delivered one week later, well packaged, delivered by DHL promptly, I will say there is no communication between supplier and purchaser, but I’m delighted with my purchase and price.

Ordered spare wheel kit and securing bolt for kia niro ev.failed to arrive so emailed and tried to phone.No response.
Wheel turned up two weeks late but missing securing bolt and jack/wrench are not in a bag as shown on photo.
Tried to contact but no joy

I strongly advise against purchasing from Spare Wheel King. I placed an order and the money was taken from my account immediately, but I never received an order confirmation email.
Since then, I have attempted to contact them multiple times with zero success:
• Email: My emails were returned with a "mailbox does not exist" error.
• Mobile: The mobile number listed on the site goes straight to a generic voicemail.
• Landline: The landline number listed on the site appears to be a private residential home, not a business.
Days have passed with no delivery and no way to reach the company. This site appears to be a scam. I have now contacted my bank to initiate a chargeback and reported the site to Action Fraud. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a space saver wheel, which on delivery had a faulty valve. Sent 3 emails asking for either a partial refund and I would have a new valve fitted, or a return and refund. NO REPLY AT ALL.
Avoid this company.
I will be paying them a personal visit.

Ordered 22days ago delivery was supposed to be 4/5 days
No communication whatsoever 4 emails sent numerous phone calls go straight to voicemail,will be contacting credit card company for refund .DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Bought a spare wheel kit that didn’t fit my car, didn’t open, sent back in original packaging, been received but 4 months later I have had no refund! Phone is never answered!!!! Avoid!!!!

Wheel arrived in good time but too big for Fiat 500 boot, rang them and spoke to Lucus asking how I return wheel, he said he could find a smaller wheel that would fit and would get back to me, up to now no contact and their not answering phone or email, don’t want to send it back and not get refund so not sure what to do next, definitely wish I had read the reviews first, definitely looking like a scam company

Absolutely 100% Scammers… just like everyone else .Ordered .. Paid … NOT Received… when they answer calls .. they say .. everything is in the post .. then they’ve got your number and don’t answer.. they do not reply to emails.This company should be shut down

One month since ordering and no sign of order.
They even ignored my email chasing up my order.
What looked like poor customer service appears to be scamming going by other reviews.

Ordered wheel very competitive price had good communication with Wayne and arrived within a few days,well wrapped.....personally no negative issues

Despite negative reviews I speak as I find.
Ordered wheel and kit together with hold down bolt.
Came within a week by good courier so I knew time and date of delivery.
Products were all brand new with quality tyre.
Exactly what I wanted.
Very pleased

Wish i'd read the reviews. Ordered a part and received confirmation of the order but no part arrived. Waited 3 weeks and chased up. I was assured it would be sent out and tracking provided but no that didn't happen. I've given up which is I'm sure what these scammers are relying on. Avoid

Having read the reviews after placing my order for a space saver wheel and associated kit I was very concerned as to what the outcome would be. I had paid for faster delivery 1 - 2 days. I contacted them by email and phone on day 2 and left messages. Next morning I had a response, very apologetic for not returning my call the previous day. They were aware I needed the wheel urgently and said they would deliver it themselves by the end of the day, which they did. I could not fault the service or their response. The person who delivered it was really personable and apologetic, explaining that they were having issues with their delivery service. I cannot fault them for how they sorted this out. I would definitely use them again.

Ordered a spare wheel kit for a fiesta along with the retaining bolt for the wheel, this was a £10 extra.
All the items arrived in the time stated but the bolt unfortunately did not fit.
Plenty of emails later it's now a month, there has been no reply from the company. It was a £10 item but no reply at all is just poor customer care, that sort of service does not earn recommendations.

This guy is just a scammer. No intention of sending what youve paid for. No comms & no intention of refunding. Stay well clear of this A.shole. It should be -5 stars.
