6 weeks and over 20 emails and a PayPal complaint lodged and a Dyson battery arrives to the wrong address - which luckily my postie caught. The battery is a non functional. They are shipping old parts for high cost. It lasted for a shorter time than my old battery.
These guys are a joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They trade as a company as HKN Ltd and seem to have multiple businesses. Beware!

Dyson Exchange for V15
Dyson Exchange for V15. I was in the mindset of "too good to be true". I did get a little conecerned that my new dyson hadn't arrived. Looked back at some more reviews and most were to do with delayed delivery times. Waited, waited and waited some more. FINALLY arrived after a few weeks and, defo worth the wait!!! The driver was lovely, the dyson is brand new and boxed. There was a delay but, mine was fine to use so, it just took some patience. They did respond to emails and WhatsApp, again, it takes time. So glad I didn't ask for a refund, was very tempted! Lovely to deal with, very apologetic for the delay. I would use this company again and recommend to others.

Unable to contact the company
Order was placed & sent email saying part is out for delivery but has not yet arrived. Ordinarily I would not be too concerned other than the phone number provided doesn’t ring out & so far no reply to my email has been made. Have tried the web chat & what’s app messenger also but to no avail.
Wondering if this is a genuine company at this moment- am reassured that other reviews on here state late delivery so I am happy to upgrade my review if I at least have some confirmation from the seller.

Ordered the hair screw tool for my cordless Dyson, it did eventually turn up, but delivery was delayed. The price was good compared to other websites, however the delivery is what let my experience down. Interestingly, the parcel was delivered by Royal Mail and said it was 48 hour tracked and the return address is in London, so I’m not sure why it took so long to arrive. The part seems genuine, it works and that’s the main thing. The customer support were pleasant and did suggest a partial refund for the delay, but I’ve not heard anything further about this.

Honestly trying to repudiate incompetency and a terrible customer experience does not cut it! I have provided you with the order details through Trust Pilot.
As of today, the order of 14 Sept is still yet to be delivered. A request for a refund was met with "I'm sorry for any inconvenience you've faced. I understand your request for a refund. Unfortunately, since your order is marked as fulfilled, I'm unable to cancel it at this stage. However, once you receive the item, you can return it to us, and upon receipt, we will process a refund for you. We will provide you with evidence of the refund process once it's initiated" on the 10th of October.

An item purchased on the 14th September, 4 days short of a full month is yet to be delivered. Initially there was no response from the company. There is now improvement in terms of responses which have been patronising but no confidence the item will ever be delivered. I will be requesting for a refund.

I ordered a new rotating brush head for my Dyson cordless as their website said that it was in stock.
An email from them stated that it'd be delivered by a particular date and I'm still waiting 2 weeks later.
7-8 emails later and I'm more exasperated and frustrated than ever. It's like AI is relying to me for the words they reply with are simply meaningless.
I have asked the following simple question 5 times ........
'when will I receive my order and if you can't be specific then I'd like a refund please'
Their reply each time is along the lines of 'we value your customer and your enquiry. We are working urgently with our shipping department on locating your order and expediting it........blah blah blah'
The truth of the matter is that they didn't have it in stock in the first place.
I'd have respect for them if they had simply stated something along the lines of 'we apologise to inform you that we mistakingly thought the item was in stock but alas it wasn't. It will be back in stock on (date) but if you'd prefer not to wait then we'll give you a full refund'
But sorry to say they don't have any integrity or professionalism.
I'll never be attempting to buy anything from them in the future

Terrible. They don't deserve one star.
Regardless of how many emails I send, they keep telling me 'it's in transit' providing no evidence the part has ever been shipped.
When I continue to ask for evidence it's been sent, they say they are 'coordinating with their shipping department to provide the necessary documentation to confirm it is indeed in transit', that's for the past 3 weeks.
I have asked for a refund numerous times and they refuse based on it being so called 'in transit'. Today we will be submitting a County Court Application.
Please avoid, you will waste your money and not have the security of a refund.
Response to reply: What a joke, you know who I am, still no filter, still no refund. For reference again the order number is ORDER #HUT3858, for a Dyson Filter. Just by saying my feedback is malicious, trying to make out to other prospective customers that my views are not connected to your business is not true. Taking peoples money, without having the stock to satisfy the order, then to also refuse a refund based on ‘it’s in transit’, is terrible business and ripping off the consumer. Luckily, sites where people are allowed to provide actual factual feedback is essential to ensure those businesses like yours that are bad, are shown as bad. Whilst others that look after their customers will flourish. Maybe BBC Rogue Traders might take a look…

AVOID AT ALL COST
Exactly the same issue as many others. The order was placed 3 weeks ago, they took the money and just said the order is 'fulfilled' but won't/can't give me a courier name or tracking number and are refusing to give me a refund. Have instructed my credit card company to recover the money.
UPDATE - PayPal has refunded me as they failed to respond to them about my order. This company is not ok. Please avoid.
FURTHER UPDATE! - further proof that this company is a joke with the comment under this review. The only thing malicious is the experience dealing with them. The order number for this review is #HUT3882 and #HUT3881. Here is also one of the many emails they sent saying the same thing over and over:

FINAL UPDATE!! - now they have contacted me (months later) saying I owe them money as I’ve had the product and been refunded incorrectly. Despite claiming in this review I’ve never ordered from them! Amazing.

Disappointed to be in the same boat as most of the bad reviews. No delivery, no response to email, WhatsApp or web message.
UPDATE: Finally heard back to say my item was on the way. I asked for a tracking id only to then be told my item was being dealt with. Scarily similar to so many of the bad reviews and I put it down to a 25% voucher I was able to apply to my order.
No confidence I’ll ever get my order and they’ll be able to cancel and refund this saving themselves the discount. At some point, there needs to be more punishment for companies who act in this way.
Order was HUT3948 just to assuage concerns my review was not real. I’m updating this on Feb 6th because I’ve just had an email chasing payment of the invoice or returning the item I never received. Still no tracking number and still shows as “Shipped”. Ridiculous company

Bizarre company
Very bizarre company. And it looks like my experience is not one off.
Order a dyson motorhead. No delivery 2 weeks after order. Contacted them via email and chat both said it's being delivered, but it wasn't. Asked both to provide tracking number, both refused. After 10 days of chasing, one agent offered me a 20 gift voucher the other one said they are reordering but again no tracki g number.
Shipment showed up a few days later but it was sent directly from Dyson?????
The £20 gift card didn't work. As others mentioned it, the order got cancelled automatically. When contacted CS they said they can't reissue. Very messed up practices
Edit after reply from company: Complete nonsense. Ordered on 12.09, received the part 29.09. You also clearly didn't answer why the item was shipped by Dyson and not your company and also why the £20 "voucher" order got magically cancelled and voucher voided and refused to be reinstated by CS. Same experience as other ppl had here.

Ordered a Dyson v11 body, it arrived a week later but the wrong body. I contacted them immediately and they agreed it was wrong and they would arrange for a return . Almost a month later and all I get is a reply saying they are dealing with it. Will not buy from here again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else does. Customer service is atrocious and non existent. Buyer Beware!!!

Wish I'd read reviews here earlier. Run away... Ordered a dyson battery and over a week later nothing. Two emails received limited and strangely worded responses. Battery finally arrived.
Final insult - offered a £20 discount of my next order. When I used it, nervously, my order was accepted then cancelled without explanation.
EDIT - After the response below my review : Order number was #HUT3866 Dyson Battery Here's the content of your first email Sent to me on 27/09/2023 from undefined contact 'at' spareshut.co.uk "I want to start by offering my sincere apologies for any frustration you've experienced.
I understand that the delay in your order has caused you to be frustrated, and I want to assure you that we are a legitimate company committed to providing a positive shopping experience. The delay in your order's delivery is due to a sudden increase in order volume and logistical challenges. Unfortunately, this has affected our usual delivery timelines, for which we sincerely apologize. Our team is actively working to resolve this situation and expedite the delivery process."
Your system allowed me to place an order using the compensation voucher code you gave me but was cancelled without explanation ass mentioned above.

Same as all the other bad reviews. No delivery. No response. Classic scam behaviour.
To top if off, the registered address on their website is a front.
63/66 Hatton Garden, Fifth Floor, Suite 23 is a 'location' offered by Mycoworks.
Quoting from Myco's website:
"Situated in London's 'Diamond District' this location is ideal for companies keen to impress clients and suppliers with a Central London Registered Office Address, Director Service Address or Virtual Business Address."
It goes on to say, "We don’t have any facilities at our Hatton Garden location. This prestigious mailing address is an unmanned post box."
I'm not sure how it can get more dodgy. If you want to know the actual address of this scam company, look up HKN ENTERPRISES LTD on Companies House.
UPDATE: this company is abusing customer rights (and so are Trustpilot) by falsely claiming this review pertains to another company. Apparently I have somehow reviewed the wrong company. PULL THE OTHER ONE

Cannot get an answer about my order. No response whatsoever. Very sceptical about this company. This is not a Scam review as suggested by another reviewer. Is it not surprising that Spares Hut only responds to positive feedback. And they also dont charge VAT. Must be a very small company not turning over £85000
