This company are based in India all those thay have a UK address I ordered a new part for dyson v7 on 4 of May 2022 should have been delivered within 5 working days after several correspondence with 1 reply from someone called Ryan Burton we are in to the 19th of May no part and 49.99 pounds out of pocket. I have
Instructed my bank to Clam Refund. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE. AVOID LIKE THAY ARE THE PLAGE.

This is a scam company. Avoid at all costs.

Do not be fooled by the positive reviews below. You will notice that every single positive review is by someone with only one review to their name. These are clearly fake. Whereas all the comments by reviewers with multiple reviews are extremely negative.

Yes, the item looks cheap, but when you order it you will have the same experience as me: 1. Promised in 3-5 working days. 2. After 5 working days chase them up. 3. No response. 4. Try the phone number: "this mobile is switched off". 5. Email again - no response. 6. Cancel the order and seek money back.
Save yourself some pain by simply using a proper website instead. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I was able to recover my money using PayPal, who were great. But they should not allow this scam company to use Paypal

Scam! Order not received after a week, emailed to chase with no response, contact number is a random mobile number that is switched off!! after looking on trust pilot before ordering all reviews were positive, but checked today & all negative so can only assume fake reviews?. Safe to say I have disputed with Lloyds bank as fraud and money has been returned to my debit account. I have now called dyson as the item I wanted (v10 direct drive head) it said out of stock online but I was able to quickly order one over the phone though them. £10 more but at least now I know it going to arrive. In hindsight I would have just called dyson.

I ordered my part over 2 weeks ago, have emailed them twice to chase the order but no response, I presume I have lost my money so please do not use this company.

Placed an order on 24th April, it's now the 17th May and order still hasn't arrived. Company now ignoring emails so will have no option but to claim funds back. I'd assume all the positive reviews are falsified!

Awful service and experience and now £75 out of pocket with no order!

A fraudulent company for sure.No paid for item and no contact via phone number given and no reply via email,sorry there was the first time but that was an automated reply,please please please 🙏 steer clear of this company,an absolute nightmare 🤬,I will contact my bank 🏦 for a refund and I’m also getting in touch with trading standards ,CROOKS …!

Ordered parts, nothing received after the stated 5 days delivery.
Contacted them got a generic mail back and after complaint after complaint still no updates. AVOID at all costs!!

Stated when ordered that item would be with me in 5 days, read the reviews on here and tried to contact them as I thought it was a scam site. No answer from the phone or emails thought I had lost my money the part eventually turned up nearly a month later.

I emailed after 10 days and got a generic email back saying the parts had been sent .How can they say it's been dispatched without checking the order number.?
They said if it still hadn't arrived ,send them your order number and they would look into it .Very iffy.
I contacted PayPal and they refunded the payment immediately.
Received an email from Spares hub today saying although PayPal had refunded me the money they still want me to send them payment for goods I didn't get!!! BEWARE.Yet another generic reply !!

Absolutely terrible company. I too believe they are fraudulent and shouldn’t be supported by Google or PayPal. Positive reviews on trust pilot must be fake, several bad reviews and the all of a sudden ten positive reviews all uploaded at exactly the same time????? Stay clear absolute scam!

this I normally do before I shop with a company I haven’t heard of. Running into third week and still no item received no response to my emails just generic.
Please shop elsewhere save yourself the stress.

I think this is a fraud company and so would recommend you stay clear! I placed an order Easter weekend and although got confirmation of the order was sent no dispatch/tracking number after.
I chased them and got an email back to say it had been dispatched and that they would update me. That was Monday and after emailing them since and trying to call them have heard nothing. I have actually now placed an order directly with Dyson as in all honesty don’t hold any hope for the delivery or any reply in asking for a refund. Seriously stay clear!

Placed order for a replacement Dyson wand on the 28th of April and was told 5 days for delivery.
It's now been 9 "working days" since placing the order and no item has arrived.
Tried messaging them via their website - No reply
Tried calling via the mobile number on their website - This number is temporarily unavailable...
Tried the Facebook and Instagram links on their website - They don't work either!!
I don't have a great deal of confidence in receiving my order, or for getting my money back from them, especially after reading some of the other reviews on this and other review pages.
Just goes to show that the cheaper route isn't always the better route...

Placed an order end of April, received automatic confirmation and notification I would be told when order is despatched. Fast forward to mid-May… nothing received yet, not even a tracking number! Emailed them to ask for status update, and got response confirming item had been despatched (no date or tracking information given whatsoever), but if I had not received the item, could I please send order number so they could check… yes, really! Absolute joke of customer service, how could anyone possibly state categorically an item has been despatched without checking order number first? Beggars belief!
Sent a further 2 emails, which were both ignored!
Contacted PayPal and got an instant refund thankfully!
Stay well clear, and if you take a chance, make sure you use PayPal as method of payment!

Update:
Just received an email from Spares Hub… not an update or tracking number, definitely not an apology for their pathetic customer service… instead, it reads like this:
“Complete your purchase.
It seems like the PayPal dispute was closed in your favour, we do now require the following total to be paid through our website to avoid us making further attempts to collect the outstanding amount.”
So it would appear that, despite never receiving the item I ordered, and getting a full refund from PayPal as a consequence, Spares Hub have now moved on to threats and are demanding that I pay the full amount anyway! Amazing! What a bunch of incompetent clowns! Needless to say, they were sent an appropriate response 👍🏻😂 Definitely best avoided, even if paying by PayPal!

This is a shocking company to deal with.
They eventually responded to email saying item was despatched didn’t say when item despatched no tracking info they don’t answer phone or respond to emails. I am seeking redress through payment centre.
Awful experience. Be warned.
