Understandably image size on apparel is dependent to garment size. I have investigated on your order, I can confirm we did print all your T-Shirts to the maximum print area for size S tees. We usually print on the chest avoiding to stretch the image to the underarms/lateral area for better looks when worn.
If you would like to have your images printed bigger on your next orders, please let us know leaving a Order Note upon purchase, we will be happy to accommodate your request.

After a rocky start to an order with unanswered emails following up on the status of my order that ended up being a technical glitch, SpaceNeil's customer service team were unbelievable. Eleonora, their customer service manager, was prompt and detailed on pushing out my order EXPRESS and less than 48 hours later I have received notifications from DHL that it is on it's way! It's rare you receive good customer service and this has been a pleasant surprise. Thank you to SpaceNeil

SpaceNeil is quite honestly one of my favourite companies and hands down the best customer service I've ever experienced. I had a question about my order and they answered it very quickly, and checked in again once I submitted my order.
The quality of the Gaga merch I ordered was amazing! Their t-shirts are fabulous and I wear them all the time.
They were also so kind and sent me extra goodies in my order for no reason at all. They're truly out of this world. A COMPANY YOU WANT TO SUPPORT! :)

Customer states the parcel has never been delivered by the local postal system Ukrposhta. Unfortunately SpaceNeil Customer Service team had a hard time being in touch with the customer as only a few of our emails got answered. SpaceNeil run an investigation finding out last known parcel status was "in transit within destination country" (parcel managed by Ukrposhta). Despite the order was placed choosing an untracked and uninsured shipping method at Checkout, SpaceNeil has decided to issue a full refund in order to resolve the issue and make the customer happier. We would like to point out that although we strive do our best to provide an excellent customer experience, customers agree and accept the Terms & Conditions Of Sale document by checking a specific checkbox upon purchase. SpaceNeil T&C of Sale clearly states that "For territories and shipping methods where parcel tracking services are not available, SpaceNeil cannot be held responsible for non delivery, late delivery and/or damaged orders in any case". Ultimately we are very sorry that Mikhail did not receive its purchase, but unfortunately parcels shipped via untracked methods are out of our control once they are collected from SpaceNeil warehouse.
