Sowood Omdömen

More than happy with my purchases and the customer service received.
I ordered 2 x cheeseboards and made a mistake on checkout with the personalised engraving, I emailed the company and Sophie was quick to respond and sort my issue out straight away, thank you Sophie x
When my cheeseboards arrived (which was very quick considering the personalised engraving) I was very impressed with the quality of the products and so were the recipients of the gifts.
I could highly recommend these products

Lovely set for cheese the little serving boils are great and overall presentation is good. My only negative is the item is manufactured in China and arrived with a fairly label on box. Website leads you to believe slightly that’s it a British product. The company is British.

Great product purchased for Christmas offer of BOGOF meant I got a gift too! Great quality, delivered quickly and beautifully packaged all items intact and ready for wrapping. Would use this company again.

Beautiful cheese boards. Bought as birthday presents but ready for Xmas dinner! Sturdy packaging so arrived in damaged. Thoroughly recommend.

So happy with my purchases they are beautiful and very good quality made even more special with the personalisation. Delivery was very quick. I would recommend Sowood x

The site is easy to navigate; The buy one get one free offer made the Chacuterie Boards a great value purchase; The quality of the products was excellent as was the service, very quick delivery also, thank you.

Lovely personalised cheese boards, one for my family to enjoy and the other a gift. Turnaround time was pretty fast considering the time of year. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy again from this company in the future

This was a gift for my friend. It was really lovely and the engraving was perfect
Delivery was on time

Fast delivery and excellent quality.

The cheeseboard is really well made, looks very stylish and is the centrepiece of either a posh dinner party or a casual get together.
I bought two as gifts but wish I’d bought one for myself too.

Quick delivery and lovely product

Faultless from start to finish. Order was exactly as requested and delivered on time. Would certainly use So Wood again.

One of the best companies I have dealt with this Xmas period.

Outstanding product, exceptional quality, would definitely recommend for any cheese lover out there!! Thank you SoWood!!

I accidentally ordered at the same time as my daughter (her present) I contacted So Eood within 30 minutes to cancel, no reply. The order arrived and since November 17th I have been firstly, to get a return address (took a week) . I returned the order and it was tracked, November 26th. I have sent several emails to get a refund- I’m still waiting 24/12/25
Your items may good but customer service is not

I ordered the large personalised cheese board with 2 drawers as a present for family. Having seen some negative reviews I admit to being a bit sceptical but fears were allayed when the board was delivered promptly and in time for me to send on to my family. I was delighted with board, it was exactly as advertised - well-designed, well-packed, well-made and finished…and it looked great! I was very pleased with the service and product and I’m certain my family will be delighted with this addition to their home.

I bought the rectangular board , it's bigger and heavier than I thought it would be but sturdy and well made. Looks fab in the centre of the table and has plenty of room for all kinds of snacks and dips. It's got a good finish on it too, easy to wipe clean and no greasy marks from cheese and cooked meats

Great Quality Product as described and fast delivery 👍
