Excellent Service and Stunning Timber
We recently purchased varying lengths of Western Red Cedar 18 x 144mm Channel Groove ST6 from CedarCladding Suppliers, and the whole experience has been outstanding.
• Customer Service: From start to finish, the team were helpful, responsive, and made the process smooth.
• Delivery: The turnaround was brilliant, and the packaging was second to none—everything arrived safely and securely via their nominated carrier.
• Product Quality: The timber itself is exceptional. The smell alone is incredible (if only it could be bottled!), and the varying colour tones of the cedar look fantastic on our house.
We couldn’t be happier with the quality and service.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for premium cedar cladding and a supplier you can trust.

Just brilliant! Right from the start the website was…
Right from the start the website was easy to use and navigate and despite a small issue with payment from our end we were contacted and the issue explained and resolved quickly. Lizzie was amazing and the order completed and confirmed. Communication via email was brilliant and delivery times to Yorkshire were clear and concise. Richard our delivery driver was professional, friendly and helpful not only assisting in unloading but advice too.
The thermo treated timber provided is absolutely amazing and I cannot be happier with the look of it. We are aiming for a high end finish on our cabin with a natural look and this timber is going to provide with exactly what we are looking for! Despite there being a number of lengths needing to be returned we have discussed this and replacements arranged without hassle and it took only a phone call from Lizzie in the sales team to deal with this. To everyone I would highly recommend the team and products at Southgate and appreciate your professionalism and product.
Kind regards
