Great pricing and great service!
Easy to order and staff available for last minute queries regarding my WRC. Even added the screws to the order after I forgot to add them (and graciously honoured the 10% discount). Trouble-free delivery and drop off with help from the driver. Great prices and great service.

Iroko Decking & Bonsai!
My 50 new Iroko decking planks aside … which look great … I really wanted to commend your delivery driver who is simply the friendliest you could find.
Without wanting to get him in trouble for chatting on the job we had a great chat about a shared interest in Bonsai trees (which in a very small way is timber related and so it was in fact a work related conversation!)
A real credit to your company 👍🏻

We bought Jatoba timber decking from…
We bought Jatoba timber decking from Southgate Timber for a 55 sqm area in our garden, and we are very happy with the result. The timber is beautiful and of excellent quality.
We travelled from the West Midlands to collect the decking, and on arrival the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Their customer service made the whole experience smooth and pleasant.
We also purchased the fixings from them, which are of very good quality and complemented the decking perfectly.
Overall, we are very pleased with both the products and the service and would highly recommend them.

Great Quality Timber and Reliable Service
I’m very pleased with the quality of the Western Red Cedar I ordered, as well as the fast delivery. There were only a few minor imperfections on some corners, but these were small and didn’t affect usability after cutting.
I’ll definitely be ordering again from Southgate Timber to complete the rest of my fence.

Lizzy the manager
Lizzy, the manager from Southgate really helped me out with one of my orders when some external cladding arrived to my project and the client wasn’t happy with what arrived. She got me out a replacement cladding within 2 days & also a refund on the cladding that was sent. She made the whole process of swapping the product over very easy when I was stressing out to the max with it all, right before Christmas. The company has provided me with beautiful Canadian western red cedar which finished off our summer house project beautifully. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact these guys for all my summer house projects in the future. Thank you so luck lizzy.
