Avoid....

Called Southern Drainage solutions as we had three separate drainage issues.... They said they would be out that afternoon.... Did not show up. So I called to be told they would be with us first thing next morning.

The young inexperienced guy turns up, the very first thing he says, he is on his own as the other guy called in sick....

Showed him the three issues that I had previously discussed with the office and why the call out was arranged, for this guy to tell me he couldn't resolve one. The other issue was a collapsed drain (not that he could tell) and he spent 5 mins on the third issue but did nothing to resolve it!

£180 to not resolve any of the issues is totally unacceptable. In terms of the collapsed drain, they wanted to charge £1800 to fix it. Dynorod called out and resolved what was just a blockage.....

I have emailed Southern Drainage on numerious occasions now with no response to my complaint.

We were very impressed by the teamwork on what was quite a difficult and labour intensive job. The communication from Sam at head office was great, always immediately responded to my questions. The labour team, Roman and Oscar, impressed us very much with their hard work and attitude. I will have no hesitation in using this company again in the future

Good things, they came promptly. £180 they charged and didnt even clear the blockage.
Had a blockage in outside drain. Cleared some but told me there was a blockage further along, said quite possible the pipe could have become dislodged? He said he could put a camera down for more money think it was 220 plus vat, I couldn't afford it. Spent most of his time on his phone! Got a company out that was recommend, sorted within minutes. Tried to contact them after no answer?? Liam was the guy who turned up. I live in Kingsteignton. It was definitely your company! Name on booking is Dale. Banister is my old married name

15.12.2025 I have called the company telephone number to speak to someone today 5 times and nobody has answered my calls.

I have not been contacted for more details by the company, which I can supply. I have a headed invoice with the same company logo. I have tried calling the company on the number provided on their website to no avail.

I contacted Craig from the company via email in December 2023 and provided a copy of the email invoice and he said he would get back to me and never did.

Please feel free to get in touch if you (Southern Drainage Solutions Ringwood) want further clarification.

30th January 2024 and still no reply from the company. I have been on to GOV.UK (Companies house) today and the company would has filed to ‘strike off’. Which I believe means they are dissolving the company.
So say goodbye to your warranty!!!!!

Trust pilot why haven’t you done your homework on this company????

Now the 21st of December and still no contact or reply from Craig. What great customer service!!
I contacted the company on Monday 11th and provided Craig with a copy of the headed invoice I paid and all the details.
Still not had a reply or contact from the company!!! And Yes it is the correct company!
Unable to post the headed invoice or I would to prove it.
Come on Craig!! Get in touch!!

I Had a drain pipe lined by Brendan back in August 2023. He assured me after a couple of days leaking it would ‘seal’ and be good. He also promised to send the warranty and video footage as soon as the final payment was made. Guess what, he’s had his money and
I still have a drain the leaks, blocks regularly, I haven’t received my warranty or video footage and after contacting him numerous times to get him to return to look at the problems. He has stopped responding to me.

Fantastic team who came to do a large job on the drains at my property. They were amazing, fixed everything and went beyond my expectations to make sure it was sorted. Also reduced the original price and completed the job much quicker than expected, all down to their expertise. So glad I chose this company, thank you so much!

After having 2 other drainage companies out before who were unsuccessful sorting out the issue we finally solved the problem with southern drainage solutions, they quoted a very good price for a remedial solution to fix the on going issue. I’ve been having reoccurring problems with a drain in my garden that was getting blocked and effecting my house toilets. SDS were quick to come out (2 hours) and cleared it quickly. Also gave me some tips on how to clear my toilet for smaller issues.
Wasn’t expensive which was a relief. Honest, quick response and super helpful company.
