South East Solar & Electrical Omdömen

Couldn’t be more pleased with the service, product and the process. When we rang, the phone was answered immediately and our questions were answered fully. The Surveyor was on time, friendly, polite and helpful. As was the fitter, who was really efficient too and made an excellent job placing our battery in the best place. No mess and everything left tidy. Excellent job!

The whole process was well managed and all my queries and questions were answered in a meaningful way. The preparation required for the installation was clear and the installation itself was straight forward and caused little disruption.

Excellent, easy process to have solar panels and a battery installed through the Solar Together scheme. South East Solar ran the install really smoothly from site survey through to completion, with good communication throughout.

I had problems with a couple of companies when looking for a solar supplier - namely JPS and Little Green Energy, both presented inflated costs and plenty of methods of inflating charges.

South East Solar were faultless from beginning to end and more than 30% less for exactly the same specification.

My system was installed and has been running for over a year now - no complaints at all - superb quality work at a reasonable price

I highly recommend South East Solar

South East Solar have done a great job with our solar and battery installation. They delivered a great service and made the whole process simple. We've been very impressed!

We had a battery storage system installed by SESE in December 2025 to make better use of the solar panels we already had and to reduce the running costs of our heat pump. All aspects of our experience with SESE have been great! Communication with us in the lead up to our install was excellent and the install was done quickly and efficiently and after care has been great too. I definitely recommend South East Solar and Electrical.

Just had a solar, battery and EV charger installed by South East Solar & Electrical and all I can say is wow!! Why aren’t all companies as good as this. They were so friendly and efficient. They gave me a timeline for things to happen and everything happened exactly as they said despite my constant questions and changing my mind about which EV charger to have. Amber in the office has an insane amount of patience with newbies like me.
The quality of the installation is top notch and they ran through everything with me and made sure I was happy using the system.
Having seen some horror stories about solar and battery installations on YouTube I was quite concerned when booking the installation but could not be any happier with the way it has turned out.
After sales service is really good too. Had a minor glitch with the system at 4:15pm, SESE had someone on my doorstep by 10:30am the next day and it was fixed with a reset within 15 mins.
Several friends want to have solar and batteries systems installed and I have recommended SESE to them.

We had a solar system, including a battery, installed by SESE. The whole process was straightforward and everyone at SESE were great from the design through to the survey and installation. All documentation was provided efficiently and any questions were answered by the knowledgeable team.

I would certainly recommend SESE and would certainly use them again.

Great experience at every step with South East Solar. The team took the time to answer all my questions, created a number of different possible configurations to help me decide on the best solution, and didn’t employ any hard sell tactics at all. The installation went smoothly and I am now enjoying the benefits of solar electricity generation.

A great experience, a very professional local company that got everything installed quickly and to a high standard!

From start to finish everything has been excellent
All of the employees, from friendly helpful office staff, surveyor, scaffolders, panel installers and electrician
have been brilliant and a credit to the company.
Amazing service, two weeks from receiving a price to completion of installation
Highly recommended

From the initial pre and post survey process through to installation on the day and help thereafter, SESE as an organisation and the individual staff members I was in communication with have made the whole process very straightforward and trouble free. 10/10 for customer service from start to finish.

I have no hesitation in recommending SESE to anyone expressing an interest in solar panel installation.

Had a solar and battery system installed by SESE. Very happy with the product and installation done by highly professional and knowledagable engineers. I am very impressed all round and would highly reccomend.

We’ve had an excellent experience with South East Solar & Electrical: excellent communication throughout the whole process, clear planning and documentation, all appointments arranged and delivered on time and very smooth and tidy installation within one day. Would definitely choose them again.

I was looking at getting solar panels and a battery installed with medway councils solar together scheme, the installation was very well organised, from the first site visit to the final installation was very smooth and everyone was friendly, would highly recommend

If you are thinking of Installing Solar Power in your home then look up South East Solar & Electrical Ltd.
I was impressed by the professional approach to the project at each stage and was able to contact them easily for the odd query.
In fact, communication throughout the whole project was excellent which is very important on a project like this.
All trades on site were friendly and helpful and the overall installation was well planned and implemented.
Fully recommend.

From the very first contact this company's communication, professionalism & customer service has been 5*. The whole process was simple & quick from getting questions answered by Jade to the friendliness & expertise of the 2 nice, young gents who came to fit the panels. Neighbours & family have since requested their details too. Totally recommend them (plus they were about £1000 cheaper than the quote I received from another company last year).

The whole process with South East Solar was smooth. They kept us fully updated throughout, and were quick to respond to my questions. The scaffolding turned up 2 days earlier than agreed but wasn't an issue. It went up quickly and without any disruption. The solar panel installers and the electrician were brilliant, particularly the electrician who was most helpful and informative. The installers were in and out within a couple of hours. It's now been 1 day since the install and we can already see the impact it's having on our consumption from the grid, despite the dull grey weather. We're looking forward to seeing our bills reduce, knowing we're doing our bit for the climate too.

Excellent pre-sale information and responses to questions. Quick and efficient installation.
