South Boston Waterfront Transportation Center Parking Omdömen 

There are a few different options for parking in the Seaport District for cruise ship boarding. I wasn't sure which one to go with as it was my first time trying to do so. I read a few reviews and decided on the D3 lot with the shuttle service based on a few glowing reviews.... We weren't sorry - everything about it was perfect. Prepayment, immediate air-conditioned shuttle service within minutes of us parking. The pickup a week later was exactly the same perfect experience. The drivers on both occasions were awesome, it honestly could not have been any better in any way. We were off the ship and at our vehicle in 10 min total after we got back - Unbelievable!!!

Purchased online and just scanned the QR code to enter and exit. Super easy and lots of spaces available

I found it easy to get into the site and make a reservation. However, where it said to print the parking permit, all I got was the page that was on the screen. I still don't know if that's what I need. I sent a message but to date have not received an answer.

Easy to find. Plenty of parking. Polite staff. Good transportation to and from the dock. I would use them again.

When we arrived at lot D3, a shuttle bus driver was present waiting for us to board and helping us with our luggage. She also answered all of our several questions (since we had never used this parking before). She was truly working in the spirit of service, which, as a member of the Baha'i Faith, I believe is equivalent to worshiping God.

Set up my need for parking in no time at all, took a load off my mind.

everything worked out perfect the driver and parking was great , the only thing that I think is that the Cruise line should have the parking included in the package for the local folks in the area or a discount

Big kudos to James N. for helping us arrange long-term cruise parking in Boston. So much less stressful than going to an airport.

Purchased a spot online but I was unable to leave because it wouldn’t accept that purchase. I had to down load the app and make another purchase at the gate.

Super fast service, loaded and unloaded luggage for us, nice driver. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Other than having a hard time finding it, the service was terrific. Was looking for a parking garage so we went right by it several times. Just be aware it’s a lot not a garage. S

Fast, efficient boarding of Norwegian Pearl for Bermuda cruise.

Parked in the parking garage on 6/10/2022, was suppose to park in Lot D to catch a cruise. Was unable to find anyone to confirm parking location, asked an employee of hotel attached, confirm that we were at the right address. Unable to locate shuttle to cruise ship. Returned from cruise, only to find that we did in fact park in the wrong location, there was no signage, no one to talk to before leaving on our 7 day cruise. Was told that we would have to pay an excess amount for the week that we parked there, thankfully the manager did honor our pre-paid parking and was very nice and professional regarding the matter.
The shuttle driver brought us from the cruise terminal to parking Lot D, which is when we learned we parked in the wrong area. The shuttle driver, was very professional, very helpful, kind and understanding and helped us get to where we needed to be. Not knowing our way around the area, he took us to the parking garage, helped us with our luggage, he really went above and beyond to help us. We are very grateful for the shuttle drive.

Very organized and the staff was very helpful.

Easy to book online, had no trouble finding it or a spot…only problem is signage was confusing on the way out and then exit traffic and trouble scanning the QR code to leave made us 4 mins late exiting…which cost us $9. Not thrilled about that:/ not to mention online it said a different price according to the chart for Saturday, but then when I booked I was given a price that’s like double what the chart said it would be
