Sound Travel & Bundl Omdömen 

I have purchased hotel and ticket packages in the UK with Sound Travel multiple times. I've never experienced any problems with them. When I reached out to them once with a general enquiry regarding a booking, they replied swiftly with the information I needed. Would definitely use again.

Faced significant challenges due to time zone differences and lack of timely support. Despite booking a Twin Room package, was informed by the hotel of a King Room allocation, with no immediate resolution offered. Required extensive follow-up, including six lengthy phone calls, to address the issue. Nearly incurred substantial additional costs due to potential rebooking. Communication and resolution efforts with Sound Travel were ineffective. Resolution was ultimately achieved thanks to the exceptional assistance of a Crown Hotels staff member.

They gave updated information at regular intervals. They made sure we knew everything in preparation for the Taylor Swift Concert and hotel stay. There were perks included once we arrived to the hotel. We had a smooth and positive experience. No complaints.

Concert good but hotel miles away with no connecting buses. Minimal info given on how to get to venue. Thanks to Sound Travel we missed the last act as we had to go for the last train. Hotel excellent but will not use Sound Travel again.

I bought the package to see def leapord at lytham festival with hotel in blackpool .it was so easy and the hotel was fab .loved it and would buy again hopfully soon .

Vague information regarding ticket collection. Had to keep pestering via email.
The hotel was next to dreadful.
Tired, very dated rooms, breakfast wasn't great either. Filthy floors, tables, etc, and underwhelming staff wherever you went.

Hotel assigned was beautiful and even had some of the sound crew staying there also. The overall experience was very lovely and most memorable.

Booked the tickets to Taylor Swift concert with the hotel as a package via Ticketek. Process straight forward and communications good. The hotel, Fours Points by Sheraton, was as expected - friendly staff and clean rooms

We booked the Tower hotel which was a very big hotel located next to Tower Bridge so location was good, however the prices charged by Sound Travel were way over the top and in fact above the standard rack price for the hotel, compounded by the room location, we couldn't see the bridge or river !!

Bought the tickets and hotel package for ABBA Voyage in London. Really pleased with the package. Great hotel right beside the iconic Tower Bridge. Plenty of places to eat nearby. The ABBA concert was brilliant….think music meets technology! Cannot recommend highly enough!!

I booked the langham hotel package for Taylor Swift. It was a great experience, I had communication with sound travel before the event and they were very prompt with response I did think our package came with VIP merch and was told by sound travel it would be waiting at the hotel for us and then told after that I needed to contact ticketek. I never did receive any VIP merch sadly. Everything else was great though.

Every part of the show packages was extremely well done and the information provided was really good and helpful will definitely be using them again

So error in booking correct date for accommodation necessitating purchase of 2 new rooms. Once SoundTravel were on the case they negotiated a full refund. Excellent service.

The experience was great. Hotel was the best, the bottle of bubbles when we got back from the concert was a joy. The hotel staff were wonderful.

Booked for Melbourne night 1 Taylor swift had a reserve tickets and a night at the langham. We had such an amazing experience and ease from beginning to end.
I emailed to check my reservation and they got back to me that day. Excellent service.

Thanks Soundtravel - the ticket and hotel combo was a good experience. Close to the MCG. Breakfast at the Grand was truly amazing - almost as good as the Era’s show!! Beds comfortable. Communication about rooms etc and organising extra nights was great.

Package deal worked well for us, easy to add an additional night and loved walking to the Stadium from the hotel. The concierge service at the Sofitel went the extra mile to help all the Swifties.

User friendly experience to select room types and organise extra nights. Made the experience simple and stress free.

Had a great experience being able to book tickets and have accommodation secured all in one go. Was super easy to purchase an extra night, so all we had to arrange was flights! Stayed at the Grand Hyatt in Melbourne and it was fantastic, conveniently located, and so nice. The buffet was AMAZING.
My only tip for future is to GET TRAVEL INSURANCE. We had a cancelled Jetstar flight that meant one of our (extra) booked nights at the hotel was wasted and couldn't get any kind of compensation. These things happen , it just hurts on the money end of things as these places aren't cheap.
Our tickets were really good also. I feel like our A Reserve tickets weren't quite A Reserve, but we were beyond happy to get any tickets!! This is probably more of a Ticketek issue, and just don't set your expectations too high!
