Sound-Affair Omdömen

Seamless process
Excellent service from start to finish

Excellent experience. James was communicative, knowledgable and fair throughout the process. Displayed great expertise and was a pleasure to deal with.

I purchased a pair of Beolab 9 speakers from James, who was always ready to answer my queries, as well as my request to customise the speaker color.
I was initially skeptical how such moderately sized speakers can be shipped safely to Singapore, but they arrived very well packaged and in great condition.
Will definitely recommend Sound Affair to anyone looking to purchase pre-loved B&O products.

cheeky monkeys, they're gonna ship you the wrong item or a broken item then go dark.

Just purchased a 9000 CD player together with stand and a 4500 turntable, having previously purchased a pair of 8000 speakers from Sound Affair a couple of years ago. The quality of equipment, considering the age, is amazing. James was very helpful throughout the buying process and also when I had a couple of questions installing. Would definitely recommend Sound Affair if you are looking for quality B&O products.

James did exactly as he said he would. He turned up on time, was cheerful and knowledgeable of all things B & O. Payment for my old equipment was made on site directly into my bank account.

I wish l had more stuff to sell as l would definitely use them again

This company is just amazing in every way ! From start to finish they advised and delivered very very happy

Excellent and efficient service from James at Sound Affairs. The instructions on how to pack up our old system and the courier collection was spot on. Money received in my account as soon as they had tested everything was working. Would highly recommend.

Very efficient throughout. A good communicator and very helpful when it came to packing and sending in our equipment.

Polite and efficient, would highly recommend

We had a BeoSound 3000 that needed a laser. We were looking for a solution for it when we found Sound-Affair.
James has been brilliant - we purchased a BeoSound 3200 which looks like new, for a fair price.
We then used the packaging to courier the old one to Sound-Affair and received payment the day they received our bank details.
Couldn't have been easier!

James was very helpful and came back to me quickly from the first enquiry. I thought that the price I was offered for my sound system was fair and the process of selling it was very easy. I would happily recommend Sound Affair to anyone.

Sold my B&O 9000 and speaker system to these guys. From start to finish they were brilliant.
They kept on constant touch explaining what was happening, sent me packing supplies for the speakers and 9000 base. They could not do enough.
Extremely efficient, professional and trustworthy.

I had been looking for an authentic aerial for my Beosystem 2300 so it was great to see one advertised, so I bought it. Delivery delay due to holiday but excellent communication straight away. Item arrived the following day, really happy with my purchase. A+++ seller.

We had some old B&O equipment laying around that we found no use for. Sound-Affair provided a quick quote to buy them, once approved picked up the next day with funds in hand immediately. Great group of people, speedy interaction and excellent service. Would recommend to anyone.

I was looking to purchase pre-owned B&O system, I found Sound Affair has my wanted system and in good condition on their webpage. I placed an order for 2 times, one for a Beolab 8000, and the other one is Beosound 9000 with floor stand which are my dream set. At the beginning, I am very hesitating because I have less confidence with online purchase especially such expensive products for me. James responded quickly for my enquiries every time and I confirmed the deals. I received the first shipment for BeoLab 8000 but unfortunately the packaging was damage during the transport in spite of the packaging looks good but I understood the speakers are very heavy. Some cables were lost and don’t know why the speakers base were returned. I spoke to James about that, he replied to me very fast and promised to resend them to me after receipt of return. Finally, I received the base on the next week. The second shipment of BeoSound 9000 with floor stand just come yesterday, the packages were in very well condition and the packaging are fantastic. I simply set up the system, it works perfectly, and the sound is amazing. The condition of the system is good as mentioned in the website, no hidden defects. In generally, I have a pleasant purchasing experience with James this time and sure I will be returning again for any future needs and upgrades for my B&O system in future. I would strongly recommend Sound Affair to anyone looking for quality, pre-owned B&O Products.

I looked at multiple buyers before settling on Sound-Affair to purchase my much loved but no longer needed B&O equipment and made the right choice. James was a pleasure to deal with making the entire process seamless. I unreservedly recommend their service and know my B&O equipment is now in good hands and will find its way to a new owner, who I hope gets as much joy from it as I have.

Simply the finest purchase I've ever made .
A Beosound 3200 CD player & a pair of Beolab 6000 speakers ( both preowned & immaculate ) .......crystal clear , stunning sound !
Like having cataracts removed from your ears ..I'm now hearing my entire CD collection , effectively , for the first time ...... as a recording artist would want their music to be heard , I'm sure. Knocks Bose into a cocked hat .
James was a delight to deal with .... very helpful and obviously passionate about Bang & Olufsen .
I can't recommend SOUND AFFAIR highly enough ...
Life's too short not to own a B&O system at some point ......
" Quality is not expensive ...... it's priceless ! "

I can’t recommend Sound Affair enough. We had a pair of Beolab speakers we were looking to sell on and found Sound Affair online. James was so efficient and the whole service was outstanding, replied to all emails quickly and arranged a date and time to collect the speakers within a couple of weeks of first getting in touch. Payment was transferred on the door step and received straight away. Brilliant service and would use again in the future!

It was a real pleasure to use the excellent service provided by Sound Affair to pass on the Beogram 4500.
James supplied the boxing and courier which made the process so easy and stress free. Payment was prompt too. If only all companies gave such good service. Very pleased and thank you James.
