James at sound affair was a pleasure to deal with.
He was informative, helpfull, polite and punctual.
I had some huge B&O active speakers that were far too big & powerfull for my living room (beolab 5's at 2.5kW each)
James helped me pick out some more suitable speakers that were appropriate for the size and shape of my room and although much less powerfull, they actually sound better.
It just goes to show that bigger isn't always better and James was honest with me in choosing the best speakers for my situation.
He came in person to my home, installed the speakers, took my others away and we settled the difference.
The whole process was smooth and easy.

He was very quick to make the courier collection arrangements having also asked which was my preferred courier. First off, i got a huge discount on a pair of B&O 28s. They are beautiful and like new, having only been used as demos in the B&O store. They were packed in the original packing and well protected. When they arrived I did not have the base speaker to one of the 28s. I reached out to James and he express mail it to me. I gave 4 stars because, like others mentioned, they are slow to ship. All in all, I would purchase from them again and would recommend them to others.

I bought a pair of B&O 6000 speakers in January 2023 and subsequently a B&O cartridge from Sound-Affair.
The products are excellent, good value for money and exactly what I wanted to reactivate my B&O equipment which I have had for many years.
The process for purchasing was very straightforward and the equipment arrived very well packaged. Indeed, the packaging for the cartridge was used to send to Sound-Affair my old cartridge for which I received a contribution towards the cost of the new cartridge.
James was invariably helpful and courteous and it was a pleasure to do business with his company.
I shall certainly return to Sound-Affair for any future pre-owned B&O equipment needs.

James was very professional offers a good price for a pair of 20 year old Beolab 3 speakers one of which needed repairing. Once James had received the speakers the transaction was very quick. Would definitely recommend service

I purchased a set of Beolab 28s from Sound affair imported to the US communication was good during the shipping process which was surprisingly quick We had some issues with BO original packaging materials from their factory which was outside of our influence Over all a good experience
