I am disappointed with the work of this team. I ordered two t-shirts and a hoodie more than a month ago and still haven't received my order. I wrote to support several times and they never answered me. I wasted my time, money and my son was left without a gift (((
P.S.
I was contacted by the company guy, apologized and sent my order again. I waited patiently and finally received it. I liked the quality of the product. I hope that these delays are temporary and the team will fix it. The product is really good and I am grateful. I wish Soulisfree team success and prosperity! Thank you!

I recently placed 2 orders of shirts. Happy with both of my orders. Sizing issue with one of the shirts in the first order (my mistake - ordered wrong size) but the customer service team were a great help in sorting it. Received the second delivery today and shirt material + designs was excellent.

I ordered three tshirts two weeks ago and i still havent received a confirmation email or any sort of correspondance.

Long wait and no courier information

ordered t-shirt on 13/12/2024, says on the site order maximum 15 days. Bulshit :D. Fourth week passing and no goods received. Information dropped and get information by yaself, what carrier and when will be delivered. Never again. Avoid at all costs.

Amazing
The company has beautiful clothes with many alternative graffitis and designs. I really love the T- shirts and I am also really satisfied with the customer service. I had a request about the billing address and they replied to me immediately. I definitely recommend this clothing store for really cool clothes with artistic designs.

The website claims some shirts are 100% cotton. This is a lie. Received my shirt and could immediately tell it was 100% synthetic fabric by the feel and the smell. There is no care label on the t-shirts, likely because it would say 100% synthetic instead of cotton.

Wrong estimated time of delivery
I’ve made my purchase (over 80$) November 19th 2024. I read that the estimated time of the arrival of package was 10 working days and made sure it can be delivered to Poland.
After few days I got an e-mail from the shop with “china post-tracking number” without any more information about for example the company taking care of my package.
I’ve contacted the support, and they asked for patiance.

This company is trash
This company is trash. They have stolen my images multiple times and used them without my permission. They have also stolen the work of many other artists I know. After removing the post after being contacted, they replaced it with "Sorry! This design has sold out! Contact our Customer Service!" This implies they are continuing to sell my work to people who had previously saved the link before the listing was removed. Buy from artists not this terrible company.
Update: See reply below. This is completely untrue. I was never contacted, nor did I ever agree to the use of my work for your profit.
