Soul Analyse on a couple of occasions now. The items are all beautiful packaged, arrive promptly and communication with them is prompt and personal. The necklaces and rings I’ve purchased are all gorgeous and much admired. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a gift for someone special or just as a treat for yourself.

I’ve ordered from Soul Analyse quite a few times primarily as presents to my friends. Not only are the accessories of fine quality and design with detail, I love their embodiment of positivity and affirmation to ourselves. Would highly recommend- especially with such versatile range of accessories to choose from e.g. rings, necklaces, earrings, bracelets etc.

I use this company repeatedly, for myself and for gifts for others. I love their ethos but more than anything I love their jewellery!! Ive had 1 necklace, 5 rings and 1 bracelet and they've all been just as described. I wear the rings all the time, in bed, in the bath/shower etc and they are still in great condition. I have sensitive skin and I have no reactions or issues. They have never gone green/bronze or changed colour. They are a really good price and usually always an offer on. Highly recommend.

I’ve purchased a few times and I’ve loved every piece. I did have one minor problem but was resolved within a few hours. Brilliant service, brilliant meaningful jewellery which has helped me enormously since my recent parental bereavement. I will continue to buy and buy and buy! Delivery was quick and efficient, in lovely boxes and the quality of all the items I’ve received so far are second to none.

Firstly very speedy delivery but secondly my affirmation bracelets are awesome.. it is my third collection I have bought for gifts.. I have wear my constantly fir the past 8 years as they have helped through tough times.. love them

this company has taken my money and hasn’t delivered my bracelet. Although they promised to refund money they still haven’t done it

I absolutely love the jewellery from Soul Analyse, I love the meaning behind it and how personal each purchase is. I have a few more pieces I will be ordering but the latest one was for my friend, she absolutely loved it. The chain and the meaning of it was beautiful.

I have ordered some things from Soul Analyse on a couple of occasions, and have found them to be efficient in sending my order and the pieces that I have ordered I have been very pleased with, lovely jewellery, true to the pictures, and good value for money. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

I love how unique and personalised each piece of jewellery is. I am in recovery, so seeing jewellery with the serenity prayer, and words like 'one day at a time', 'this too shall pass', and other positive affirmations really stood out to me, and made me want to buy them. I have worn the items each day since receiving them, and I would highly recommend these items of jewellery to anyone who loves meaningful things like this. 💕

Unfortunately this time Soul Analyse have let me down. Have not received my order after almost a month. Contacted them and initially they replied stating they had been unusually busy but assured me my item was now being dispatched and it would arrive in the next few days. I have still not received my order and any further contact I have made about this issue through replying to their original email and again through their enquiries page have been ignored.
Since writing this review (and it being read by the company) I have now been contacted by them. The situation was explained as being an issue with a particular batch of orders being lost in transit somewhere throughout the dispatch process. Soul Analyse have now sent me a replacement of the original order and a mystery bundle as gesture of goodwill. To be fair to them, and the fact I have used them before and never been let down or disappointed, I would like to retract that I would not be willing to use this company again and thank them for the apology and the goodwill gesture. I don't think I could ask for fairer than that!!

This company has been amazing over the last few weeks - namely Gemma.
My first order sent was incorrect so she rectified it by sending out additional items. These items were subsequently lost in the post but have now turned up after contact with Royal Mail. Gemma was excellent in keeping in touch with me and the items I received are beautiful. Has been a journey but we got there and can only thank Gemma and the company for this.
