i had a problem with the product but i emailed the company and the customer service was very good! they organised a replacement straight away and they were very helpful.

Very pleased with the 3 key rings I bought for Christmas as little gifts my son and his partner. They thought they were amazing with pictures of the children on.

Such a great product, brought tears to my friend! Great customer service too. I had a slight issue and they were very generous with their resolution.

Great customer service, noticing that I had a duplicate order after my internet went down. They were in contact right away and cancelled the other order with a full refund. I didn’t need to do a thing. Goods came quick. Very happy. Will definitely be buying from here again.

J'ai commandé un collier pour ma fille j'ai lu la durée de livraison c'est marqué entre 5 a 7 la veille mm que j'ai passé mon c'est prélevé déjà ,j'ai envoyé de mail pour cette entreprise pour me faire un remboursement que je veux plus le collier vue la durée de traitement de mon commande et trop long mais j'ai pas de réponse quelqu'un avait le numéro de cette entreprise soufeel stp merci

worst company in the world! I placed an order of € 205 paying the extra costs to receive it before Christmas .. I have not received my articles nor an answer to my messages or my email.
On the confirmation email it was written that my package is being processed since 12 December and they had guaranteed that it would be ready before Christmas...
But it will not be like that. I'm without presents only 2 days before Christmas and I've spent my money paying you.... You are not serious and you jou are joking with me. If you are full because you've got too many orders... Don't accept other clients to take their money! want back my money

Ich habe am 6.12. eine Uhr bestellt, welche am 13.12. auch verschickt wurde. Sie sollte ein Weihnachtsgeschenk sein. Bis jetzt ist die Bestellung nicht bei mir angekommen obwohl versichert wurde das die Uhr bis Weihnachten da sein sollte.
Ich habe dafür extra mehr Porto bezahlt.
Auf meine Anfrage wo meine Bestellung jetzt sei und ob sie pünktlich da ist habe ich bis jetzt keine Antwort.
Sie Sendeverfolgung ist auf französisch und ich verstehe trotz Google nicht was es bedeutet.
.... Schade....

Ich habe ewig auf meine Bestellung gewartet. Jetzt erhalte ich meine Namenskette die ich zu Weihnachten verschenken will und die Namen sind falsch eingraviert. Aus Katja wurde Kaja.???

Sadly I've now read other similar reviews. On 2 December I bought a special piece of jewellery for my Dad... left extra time and paid more than $30 for Express post so that it would arrive before Xmas. It still hasn't left the warehouse and they don't answer correspondence. A complete fraud. Postage times are False advertising. They answer reviews saying they'll contact but they don't.
