Absolutely amazing! I have never been so happy with a purchase. This company took an ordinary photograph and made it into something so special that I literally carry it from room to room. I got one for myself. One for my mother. I've told people at work just simply amazing. I will order again!! Thank you!

I had ordered an item from photomoonlamp but I entered an incorrect address and I emailed Lindsay about my incorrect information and within 2 hours I was replied to and the error got fixed instantly thanks Lindsay you are great.

Very helpful, after ordering I realized my shipping address was incorrect, sent email requesting shipping be corrected and received a response within the same day. Haven't received my order yet but I will review once I receive it.

Quick response, no issues and very friendly

Took almost a month for anything to finally arrive. When the bag was opened most of the items in the package were broken along with items not even shipped. Customer service sucks never received emails confirming my order. I reached out trying to get anything as proof of the order and they wouldn’t even send me an email. All I got was an email was sent so I asked what is the email address so I can search for it and every time I asked they wouldn’t even send refuse to answer the question. I would not recommend buying from them. It’s was so terrible that I involved PayPal to get the money back.

The initial stamp had some issues so I sent the team some photos and we redesigned the image and are testing it now. Can't say enough, how refreshing it is to experience REAL customer service in 2025. THANK YOU Photomoonlamp team
