Useless - Parts not sent after 30 days
Ordered a part that was showing in stock on the website for same day despatch. 3 days later still not despatched. Customer services assured was on back order and would be sent within 7 days. Still no part 3 weeks later so they just refunded. I needed the part urgently. SOS parts - you need to re-assess your name!!!!!!!

Steam generator iron
I looked everywhere for this part for a steam generator iron could only find it on 🆘 parts order was delivered within a week and the part came from France had no issue was updated through out the order process definitely would use this company again

Ordered a heating element for a Miele washing machine which arrived after 5 days. Received regular emails on state of order. The part was identical to the Miele original, but only a fifth of the price.

Great service fast delivery
Great service fast delivery. Was a little worried by previous reviews, but I can honestly say the service has been faultless.
I purchased two wire shelves for my Neff oven totalling £29 (the cost of one on the Neff website)
I’d definitely order from this company again without reservation.

This company has an outstanding service. Their website is very accurate and you can find every kind of difficult to get replacement parts. Excellent prices and shipping time. Very impressed. I highly recommend the company.
