When I contacted customer service regarding a query they responded positively within the 24hours to resolve my query. On receiving my order there was some damage again customer service were excellent ,resolving the issue by apologising and offering a replacement or refund. I chose a refund and my refund was issued immediately. I would definitely feel confident in using this company in future for further purchases.

I needed to replace the seals in my 15 year old Whirlpool dishwasher and bought a full set from SOS at a reasonable price. Fitted them yesterday today and they are perfect. I had a full load ready, so they have been tested and work perfectly. They seem to be a better design than the originals.

J’ai commandé une pièce qui s’est avérée incompatible avec ma machine à laver. J’ai retourné l’article par la poste, accompagné du formulaire de retour disponible sur leur site. Impossible toutefois de télécharger la facture, malgré plusieurs demandes.
Depuis, aucun retour ni remboursement. En plus de vendre des pièces non conformes, le site ne respecte pas les règles élémentaires du commerce. À éviter.

A fuir absolument
Arnaque complet. Impossible de joindre le service client. Impossible de retourner un article. Bref vous achetez et vous croiser les doigts pour que tout aille bien. Impossible d'avoir la facture, rien ne s'affiche, on vous dirige vers un liens qui n'existe pas
Je ne recommande absolument pas.....allez voir un autre site plus sérieux.

AWFUL SERVICE AND I AM LEFT OUT OF POCKET FOR AN ERROR BY SOS SPARES. Ordered a bottle shelf for fridge, on invoice it said Bottle shelf, but when it arrived it was a shallow shelf and not a bottle shelf. It cost £16.00, they refused to pay for return postage, which is to France and it cost me £12… now out of pocket with no shelf. The communication was awful and no acknowledgement or apology … I asked for replacement rather than refund, but no message back. Terrible service… I asked them to refund postage for return to France, and said if they didn’t I would write a review … SOS Spares you need to get your shi* in a sock and look after your customers. Very disappointed and annoyed. 😡

Wrong part sent. No response from customer service after 4 failed attempts. Do not buy from this company!

When I couldn’t get the part from the Microwave manufacturer, I came across this site. I was a bit apprehensive as i hadn’t used them before, but I am delighted that they were able to supply the part, and it arrived within 2 weeks to Ireland. They certainly saved me the expense of a new microwave.

Took almost 2 weeks to arrive and they sent wrong item, I had ordered correct item and was invoiced correctly but the wrong item arrived, Didn’t seem interested in resolving the issue and seemed to deliberately misunderstand my problem

Ordered a seal for my fridge, 10 July 25. It was supposedly dispatched 14 July.
On 23 July asked where my part is. They responded on the 24 July saying it was lost, offered refund or new item to be sent. I immediately opted for a refund and have heard nothing since, they are clearly now ignoring me but still have my money!
If you are thinking of using this company, think again!

I ordered a part, a shelf for my fridge on 2025-07-03. It was supposed to be deliverd by 21.07.2025.
On 2025-07-31 I left a comment asking where my part is.
They canceled the order and refunded me.
While I appreciate the refund I wasted one month, I don't have the part and I had to get in touch myself for them to realize they're not going to deliver the part.

entreprise incompétente , elle sait prendre des supplément numéraire pour trouver la bonne référence , mais n assume pas leur erreurs , aucun dialogue cohérent , a fuir ,
j aurais commander a des gens plus sérieux !!!

Heb hier een lagerkruis besteld. In mijn zoektocht waren zij de goedkoopste. Heb even getwijfeld vanwege de overige reviews, maar moet zeggen dat alles vlot is verlopen. Product was binnen een week bezorgd, ongeacht dat er een feestdag tussen zat. Product is verder origineel van Samsung. Wasmachine doet het weer :-)

Très déçu du service après-vente rien à dire sur la pièce que j'ai commandé elle est en parfait état et le prix raisonnable livraison un peu longue une semaine, demande de livraison dans un point relais non respecté et envoyer directement à mon adresse . Mais après avoir voulu annuler la commande le soir même car je me suis trompé de pièces à changer la réponse est arrivée 48 heures après ma demande donc colis déjà envoyé donc impossibilité de bloquer la commande. cette dernière devait être non accepté quand elle arrivait en point relais sauf comme elle est arrivée dans ma boîte aux lettres il a fallu que je passe par la formule de rétractation et là les problèmes commencent dialogue de sourd je n'ai pas la facture sur le lien prévu, je leur demande ils me disent que la facture est sur le lien, je vais sur le lien je n'ai pas la facture ,délai entre chaque message 48 heures bref ça ne me répond plus depuis . je pense qu'ils font ce qu'il faut pour que le délai des 14 jours après livraison soit passé et que je ne puisse pas me faire rembourser la pièce . En gros ne vous trompez pas!

Ordered bearing kit, 00619809,for a Bosch WVG30461GB/03. Worked perfectly well in the machine. 10 day delivery time, happy to wait as these are a better price. Bosch will try to sell you the rear tub for £220 upwards, then virtually the same amount of work to replace. Get these bearings instead.

I ordered a lid for my coffee machine, when I placed the order they said it would be delivered within 5 to 7 days... 1 month and 2 weeks passed and my order finally arrived... it was broken! I made a complaint and they told me if I wanted a new part or a refund... and they never responded to my emails again... think first before buying from this company, if something doesn't fit well no one will resolve it for you!

Ordered new LG power board, it took roughly 10 days to arrive to Ireland from France.
I know it’s not what it says on their website, but it is worth a wait, because these parts are very hard to come by. Packaging was top class, I would definitely recommend this company.Thanks SOS parts.

The whole process of dealing with SOS parts was not transparent. From initial ordering where the website suggested that the part was in stock and then on purchasing being told it was out of stock. Waiting a considerable period before the part became available then being informed it had been dispatched and waiting a further period of time before it reached the UK. Final insult being told by parcel force to pay a further £54 in tax & duty to get the part released. SOS blaming this on Brexit but ignoring my questioning that this should have been pointed out on ordering. I would advise strongly that you don't use SOS parts. Order WAGUU8459.
