I bought this the other week probably wouldn’t use it as a hairdryer because I don’t find it strong enough however the other attachments are perfect for my longer fine Hair. Would definitely recommend. Have recently ordered the extra large round brush.

This is a great product and stands well against the Dyson hairdryer which I also have. My only comment is that delivery times are far longer than I would have liked.

Despite paying extra for express shipping from "Sorose Sydney" the item came from China, and took well over a week to arrive in Brisban.

Functionality
The motor is very weak, the heat is well below what would be expected of a hair styling tool.

The dryer attachment doesnt blow sufficient air.
The curler attachments do not grab the hair well enough.

Overall, due to the lack of heat generated, the entire product is useless.

Oh and watch out for the air intake, it sucked in some of my hair which I then had to CUT OFF to free myself.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

⚠️ Buyer Beware

I’m extremely disappointed with both the product and this company’s customer service. I purchased their 5-in-1 hair dryer because they advertised a 60-day trial with a full refund if I wasn’t happy. That guarantee was the only reason I felt comfortable buying it.

After using it exactly as intended, the product simply didn’t perform as promised. It didn’t style my hair properly, left it frizzy, and did not deliver the results shown in their advertising.

When I contacted the company expecting them to honour their guarantee, they refused to refund me. They claimed that used beauty products can’t be returned, even though their own marketing tells customers to “Try it for 60 days!” and promotes a “Love it or your money back” promise.

You can’t “trial” a hair tool without actually using it — so their return policy directly contradicts their guarantee. This makes their marketing approach false, misleading, and dishonest.

They also demanded unnecessary hurdles such as video proof, which is not required under Australian Consumer Law when a product doesn’t perform as advertised.

Overall, the product was ineffective and the company’s behaviour was unacceptable. I felt misled and would not recommend purchasing from them.

Do not buy. Buyer beware.

styler is easy to use once you get the hang of the technique, however my hair is naturally curly so holds styled curls for at least two days, without needing hairspray, when I use a hair straightener/curling iron. However after curling with the multi-styler curling barrels, the curls fell out within a couple hours after styling, I liked the look of the of soft curls from this product so will try again and use a lot of hair spray.

Lightweight, compact and functional. The styler is a game changer, the price comparison with other similar stylers is great and it leaves my hair shiny and without heat damage. I'm really happy with my purchase.

I am really happy with the sorose product. I am not very good with doing my hair but this product makes it so easy to try different styles which look great!

Cheap products, functional website

Delivery took way too long. Ordered two products. One item didn't arrive. Had to contact them. Sent out other item had wait another 10 days. So 18 days in total. Once I practise with product might be OK. The push button to remove each styler bit is not working properly. We will see !

Purchased 2 of these amazing styling/drying devices. Haven’t tried them out yet as they are for Xmas presents 😁

I ordered while in Sydney thinking the product was express delivered (that’s what the $10 was for express delivery) unfortunately that isn’t tte case it takes 7-10 days and arrived after I left. I now have the product and my 11yo daughter has done my hair and is very happy with the results and how easy it was to use

Delivery was longer than advertised and arrived unboxed and in the storage box I’d ordered and paid extra shipping for 🤦🏻‍♀️ other than that it’s lightweight which is great for my dodgy arms and definitely helps me tame my hair achieve smoother results. Surprisingly happy with it.

Sorose product did not work for me and I requested a refund. They came back and refused for hygiene reasons. They promote a 60day money back guarantee that is false. I am sure most of the good reviews are made up

My daughter wanted all these hair products and this saved me purchasing 3 different products and works amazingly. She loves it

Absolute rubbish. Take a good look at the picture and what you receive. The product is not as advertised. It is very, very different and the quality is poor. The barrel is shorter with the top and lines in it not matching at all. The bristles on the round brush completely bent and in all directions. No white tips on any of them. It's a v poor dupe. Don't waste your money. No refund either as it's a "hygiene" product. I should have known better than to buy anything that you cannot purchase through PayPal and dispute.

Easy to use, great product for a great price, awesome for a home or travel use... Will definitely recommend it…
