We signed up with Sopro after the campaign was presented to us as a three month programme during the sales process.
Based on the discussions with their team and the material provided, the expectation was that this would generate a consistent number of leads each month. In reality, the results were quite limited during the campaign, with most responses being requests to unsubscribe rather than genuine opportunities.
That said, towards the end of the campaign we did secure a deal that came through as a result of the outreach, which has since turned into a client worth circa £25,000, so there was some value in the end.
The main challenge for us was around the contract terms. The campaign was sold as a three month term, however the agreement also included a 30 day notice period within separate terms and conditions accessed via a link. This was not something we felt was clearly highlighted at the point of signing and led to a dispute over a final invoice.
To Sopro’s credit, after escalation and a bit of to and from this was resolved and the final invoice was credited, which we appreciate.
Overall, a mixed experience. My advice would be to ensure you fully understand all contract terms, particularly notice periods, and have everything clearly documented before signing.

Overselling & No Real Results
At the start, their sales pitch promised high-quality, LinkedIn-integrated lead generation—that simply didn’t materialize. After nearly six months and spending thousands, we ended up with zero actual leads, just spam complaints and wasted time.
Poor Integration, Useless Data
Their touted integration with LinkedIn failed to generate any meaningful engagement. The contact datasets also proved near useless—far from the premium targeting we were promised.
Time and Cost Efficiency? Non-existent
Despite high monthly spend, campaign results were non-existent. Having to manually monitor and manage outreach added frustration—and still, no conversions in sight.
Summary
An expensive waste of time, read the other 1 star reviews, I wish I'd have done that before we poured money down the drain.
