Sonic in Sheridan Arkansas is not a good place to eat. You do not get what you order. This has happened numerous times. People taking your order will not let you finish your order before interrupting you.
Very disappointed
Went to Sonic to try, since it has been years. Now I know why it has been years. Waited for a long time to have my order brought out. Left, and after leaving my wife started to try what we ordered. It was completely cold (chicken sandwich, chicken tenders, and fries) Even after reheating after got home. it did not taste good. Write Sonic off our list.
this sonic sucks.
i sat in the drive through for 40 minutes for a grilled cheese fries mozz sticks and 2 drinks. i watched the sonic employees laughing and messing around through the door when the line was at least 5 cars long. honestly ridiculous. the food is not good enough for this long of a wait.
Terrible
Well, I still have not ever gotten a correct order. I went in for a chili cheese dog today drove all the way home and found a freaking raw hot dog in a bun. I'm so disappointed in this place. I have never gotten a correct order. I keep on giving it a second shot, but it's probably the last time that I ever visit this place.

The meat on the burger is so nasty. I loved their burgers when they had real meat; you can taste chemicals in the meat now. How gross. I will not be going back.

Service with a smile , personality plus and the employees name is Austin who really deserves a raise in pay! My experience was memorable and I will go back and send all my friends and family !!

Adriana has great customer service
Adriana has great customer service. Service with a smile. She took my order quickly presented my order quickly. Food was great, I had a breakfast toaster with sausage and she offered a pretzel which was also good. And informed about the pretzel special for the rest of the year. Awesome!!!!
The app is horrible
The app is horrible. I complete my order which is very time consuming. For it to only show an error. I always have to put the information in 2 or 3 times. It is not worth the time I waste to order in the app. It takes a long time to get the order even when I am the only car at the store.

I’m sure it’s because they are all typical Jackson Snobs Children, so if you are expecting to be treated fairly and have food that is correct and warm and served in even a decent amount of time stay as far away from this place as possible

This is the worst leadership and customer service team in America. I thought KFC was bad, I was wrong. SONIC is the worst along with INSPIRE BRANDS which own sonic. I have been waiting for a call from their local manager for 28 days. INSPIRE BRANDS do not return your calls. The customer support team read scripts and can't deviate from those scripts. They do not have supervisors it appears. Worst. Don't eat at SONIC OR ANYTHING OWNED BY INSPIRE BRANDS. Find a another place.

I've been eating at sonic for almost 40 years. This sonic in Indiana Indianapolis was the worst ever. Cold food almost no chili or cheese on the foot long coney. Absolutely no cheese on the chili cheese fries. No utensils and didn't give me the condiments I asked for. You should fire that incompetent manager.

Runny shake and bad service. Not worth your time or money. Sonic is definitely going down hill. It’s In&Out from now on.
Sonic store claiming $1.99 menu is discontinued
Sonic is advertising a seven-item $1.99 per item value menu which is also listed on their website. But when I went to the Sonic at 900 W Sheridan, Oklahoma City to order several of these items, the person who was taking orders at the drive through informed me that three of the seven had been “discontinued.” After several very curt responses from this woman, I gave up and drove away. I went to a different Sonic (3342 NW 23rd, OKC) and they had no problem serving any or all of these same seven items.
The person or persons working at the Sheridan store are either too lazy or too disinterested to know how to sell menu items being heavily promoted by the Sonic corporation.
I will not be back.
Since you changed your rewards/deals Sonic has gone downhill. More money for yall and less good service.
Stall's order screens are mostly not working.
You have changed your diet coke to something that tastes nothing like diet coke.
I order online and have had to buzz the people to get my order. Not sure why when says being delivered, it does not come.
If you order online and go to the newly created stalls for online orders only, they don't work.
One sonic will not even take online orders - what is up with that.
Why I quit you.
While I don't do fast foods often I have hit the Sonic window 3 times w/in the last 2 months. Your onion rings should be banned--in all countries. And I've learned from you to check my order. Asking for mustard on a cheeseburger must be second only to asking a dog if it's hungry. You must have a special deal with mayonnaise suppliers. Third time is a charm!! See ya.

The total lack on of consistency is bothersome. The various locations that I have visited. The lack of consistency in food quality and order accuracy is terrible.
Sonic drive in
The aPP NOT the store is the issue. My friend and I had so much trouble using the app. Sometimes it works but yesterday it was AWFUL. It took us a total of about 20 minutes to order DRINKS!! Drinks!! Today was better but please work on your app. And while I’m here I don’t like the new way you have to put in rewards everytime to get half price on drinks.

This happened in the Fort Walton Beach Sonic. I am a Door dasher and went to pick up a order for a customer and this guy (employee) does not listen very well or at all i told him i would be waiting outside for them to bring order, 15 minutes later i asked about the order and he goes are you ready for the order and thought i had left. No i did not leave why would i do that. Overall very unsatisfied with this store i told him i would not be coming back there.
Long wait for cold food
Took 30 mins to get order which was under cooked and not very warm. I called the sonic phone number and got the run around and didnt even offer to fix order. I will never eat at sonic anywhere again
