Experiencia absolutamente nefasta. No recomiendo esta web bajo ningún concepto.
Realicé un pedido de lentillas a través de esta página web y pagué exactamente el precio que aparecía indicado en el momento de la compra. En ningún momento del proceso se me informó de posibles gastos adicionales ni de ningún problema con el envío.
El pedido nunca llegó a mi domicilio. Cuando contacté con la empresa para saber qué había ocurrido, me dijeron que habían intentado entregarlo en mi casa, algo que es completamente falso porque nadie se presentó nunca.
Tras insistir varias veces, la explicación que recibí fue todavía más absurda: me dijeron que mi pedido estaba en Dubái y había sido devuelto, algo que jamás me notificaron previamente.
Solicité la devolución del dinero porque el producto nunca fue entregado, pero la empresa ignoró completamente mis reclamaciones. No me dieron ninguna solución real ni recibí el reembolso de mi pedido.
El resultado es que me quedé sin lentillas y sin mi dinero, y tuve que volver a comprar el producto en otra empresa para poder tenerlas a tiempo.
Mi sensación es de total falta de seriedad, mala atención al cliente y cero responsabilidad con los pedidos. Después de esta experiencia, tengo clarísimo que no volveré a comprar nunca más en esta web.
Voy a presentar una reclamación formal ante organizaciones de consumidores y también compartiré mi experiencia en diferentes plataformas y redes sociales para que otros clientes estén informados antes de comprar aquí.
Si valoráis vuestro dinero y necesitáis recibir vuestro pedido sin problemas, os recomiendo buscar otra empresa más fiable.

The customer service is exceptional and the contacts were well worth the 13 week wait!

I like to purchase my rx contacts from them. Shipping is fast and they don’t irritate my eyes. I rarely have to rewetting drops which is a plus. They don’t seem to dry my eyes out like others I had in the past. I get so many compliments on them.

Compré unas lentillas y hacían un daño terrible, no se ve bien te dejan el ojo rojo, raspan …tras innumerables quejas, me mandaron otras exactamente iguales, y sigue pasando lo mismo NO COMPRÉIS DE VERDAD DESTROZAN LOS OJOS ES TIRAR EL DINERO

After placing an order for prescription colored lenses, an entire team of helpful associates went to work to assist me when I realized I had ordered the wrong power. They stuck with me through several emails to get me the lenses I wanted. They even prioritized my order and sped up my delivery just so I’d be happy. Thank you to Dhessa and the whole team that made my simple order their priority. I plan on ordering many more colored lenses from this company!

Poor quality lenses that could be made more comfortable. It appears the company has not advanced their product and development team very much over the past 10 years. The lenses have not improved, the design is still pixelated and artificial-looking. It takes a few minutes before I get someone asking if they are lenses. I have seen other companies invest more into making realistic, natural patterns and use new technology. I believe that improving the product is not a priority for Solotica and they are more interested in selling mediocre products for a high price by throwing money at marketing. Very underwhelming.
