I bought one thing one time and they repeatedly charged my credit card every month $39.99 after that as if it was a subscription. The amount was different from my one time purchase so it’s not that I subscribed and authorized it. They reversed the charge the first time after I complained but it’s happening again today. It’s a hassle to have to deal with it repeatedly. Customer Service Dept incompetence or dishonesty? Buy at your own risk!! I will report them to the Business Bureau if they don’t reverse the charge and stop the steal immediately.

Total scam, ordered the red light therapy for my blocked nose, it never came and they automatically enrolled you to a $39.99 membership scheme without consent, tried to cancel the membership by requesting 6 times no response nothing nor order confirmation sent to email either.

Totally a scam company, and on their own website they have 1k+ 5 star reviews, no doubt fake reviews generated by themselves, can't believe Google promote this scam company as I found them on Google when searching for red light therapy devices.

Do not buy any item here. This is a scam. If you buy any item, you are automatically enrolled in $39.99 dollars membership without your consent. I tried to cancel the order and membership but they don’t respond so I contacted my bank in order to get refunded and block them for the future transaction for the monthly membership.

This is a fraudulent company! Do not use them. They will start charging you $39.99 a month for NOTHING and they will not cancel. Do not buy anything from them. I intend to report them to every business group I can find. Horrible and dishonest company.

Do not use this company. They will sign you up for a recurring subscription and then not respond to your request for a refund or cancellation.

I ordered one pillow which did come in the mail however, they automatically sign you up for a “subscription” without your knowledge and charge $39.99 a month. The subscription does not provide any type of service or products. I submitted a subscription cancellation 6 times and they still charged me. I finally had to cancel my debit card all together to block them from charging me. This is a total scam and I have reported to my banks fraud department. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. (Unless of course you enjoy them stealing $40 a month from you)

I also was scammed. Bought the shower head filter. Which came directly from China.
Burst open after just one use.
Tried to contact for a refund. And you’ll get no response. I still haven’t!!

I would not give even one star. I have not even received the product I ordered and I am already disappointed by the delaysssss in delivery. The product has been sitting since ever in transit. It is not made in USA. Not shipped from USA. It has not been available for weeks. Though money has been taken from my wallet.

I would prefer to leave zero stars. That option is not available.

I, too, was taken in by this scam. I ordered the bunion device with its adjustable knob. It arrived two weeks later than promised, and I was stunned to see that it was NOT what was depicted in the images. There was NO adjustable knob on the device I received. I am trying to get a full refund...but I am being ignored.

Bottom line: Stay away from this vendor!

Total scam I did not receive what I ordered and they enrolled me in a membership. I did not select, and they will not refund me.

My mom has a lot of joint issues, especially in her shoulders and neck. Depending on the angle she sleeps at and her posture during the day, she ends up coughing non-stop all day. We had suspected it might be allergies or something like that, but nothing ever showed up in her tests until we found out she has a bone spur in her neck. The doctor recommended physical therapy, and she always complained about her pillows being uncomfortable. So I found this pillow on Google, the brand seemed reliable, and I asked a few questions through their chat support before buying it. Ever since then, my mom hasn’t felt any pain while sleeping, and it’s been a long time since I’ve seen her have one of those crazy coughing fits like she used to.

I immediately contacted this company regarding the chinstrap I purchased from them since it was completely ineffective with my snoring and also caused pain in my jaw for the next few days. Before purchasing this, I saw there was "100% guarantee" so I ignored the bad reviews this was receiving, thinking why not try it for myself!?
Well...my refund was explained in more detail AFTER my complaint, which says you pay shipping here and back, and IF it's not been used or removed from the package, THEN they'll refund you 70%. Total scam!

The goods delivered were NOT the product/goods that we selected.
You can refer to this as “bait and switch” … etc. We ordered a SoloSoothe product, however, a “knock-off” product was sent. The product came directly from Amazon.com, in their packaging. The same type of product sold at Amazon for a fraction of the price charged.

Secondly, the merchant automatically enrolled us, the customer, in a FREE Rewards Program. The customer was not given a choice. The merchant automatically charges the customer $29.99. This is scheduled for every month.
The customer has no choice if they buy this product, but the cost and the option for the Rewards Program is hidden. It is listed as free and there is no way for the customer to stop this unwanted charge. There is no way to cancel ... there is no response from the company, and they do not allow you to contact them.

Do NOT buy anything from SoloSoothe. They add a subscription to your order without consent. I tried to opt out of the subscription, but to no avail. Next step will be to contact my credit card company and lodge a formal complaint and cancel the order too. Placed my order today and have already sent them several emails to cancel the subscription. No reply as yet.

This company is a fraud!!! They take advantage of people’s ailments and take their money without sending them the pillow or products they paid for. I was automatically enrolled in a membership when I ordered a pillow without my consent. Also I never received a email confirmation That is so fraudulent I don’t see how they aren’t shut down for their fake business. I’m so tired of people taking advantage of customers 😡😡😡

This company charges you a membership fee of $39.99 per month with no apparent way to decline it. I have successfully been able to cancel the membership but not without paying for 1 month of their fee. Be very careful in ordering from this company as the fee is hidden.

WHAT A RIPOFF.
I ordered two of their cellulite machines. First of all, they advertise it very different than what they send you. It took over a month to arrive and it was a total scam. The two pieces of crap I received could be found in my local Chinatown for 1.99 each. I paid $60 for each.
THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT, UNETHICAL, AND A SCAM. Stay away from it.
