Do not buy from there! I have not received my item and sent them 3 emails and no response! They are scammers!!!

SCAM! They do not return emails, look for a phone number, not there. SHAME befall you Solo Soothe. I have reported you to the Better Business Bureau.

Less than ZERO! Have written at least five emails looking to return a neck pillow that is not at all as advertised. Received one unrelated response canceling my membership. Membership? What membership?? I just purchased a pillow. No response at all about complete dissatisfaction. Address lookup for co. is a shipping outlet not related at all and no listed phone. Am proceeding with fraud filing. Ordered in Dec still dealing with mid Jan - ordered under a different email address btw - to protect name on review

Not only was the product I ordered completely wrong. It wasn’t even close. I emailed them with pictures of what I received and what I ordered. Not a peep from them.

THEN I notice I was somehow being charged a monthly subscription fee of 34$ for NOTHING! Once again tried to contact them with no reply.

This business is an absolute scam. I have no idea how they’re even in business. Do NOT ever do any business with them.

SCAM!! If you order an item from them, they automatically sign you up for a $43.09 per month subscription without your knowledge . They do not answer emails or their phone. I contacted my credit card company and reported. What a pain!!

Never order from them!! They will put charges on your card and you can’t get them to stop! They will not answer phone or respond to emails!

Amazing business plan. Get people to purchase items from you, Then, without their knowledge sign them up for a monthly subscription in which they don’t actually get anything.

Maybe future reference… Make the monthly subscription like $4.99. Less people will notice, not $39.99

They will enroll you, without your knowledge, into a monthly subscription $39.99 with your purchase of a product. They DO NOT answer the phone when you call the number that's directly connected to the charge on your credit or debit account (561) 299-1035. I've had them blocked from further charges. I've sent an email to cancel subscription as I was not aware of this. In fact, it's supposed to be a rewards program which I was never provided and information on. DO NOT ORDER from this company!

They automatically subscribe you to pay $40 monthly for a "rewards program." I was charged for two months and didn't notice because it was in my junk mail. Cancellation is very difficult.

Terrible company. Don’t respond to emails, package 2 weeks late have yet to receive it. Also seen plenty of complaints about them charging for an unknown subscription.

Complete scam. Product is a waste of money and there is no obvious mention of a subscription. I have emailed them numerous times to request how I return the items under their 30 day free trial. Every email has been ignored and today they have taken another £39.99 from my account. There doesn't appear to be any way of cancelling it. I will contact my bank in the morning. Don't go near this company!!

This company scams you when you order their pillow product. You don't realize that you're signing up for a membership for who knows what at $40 a month to your credit card. They make it so you don't realize what you're signing up for. Who knows if I'll receive my pillow or not. Use caution if you want to purchase something from this site. The business address is a one-bedroom apartment in Boca Raton. So that says it all. If you get scammed once you're purchases posted then you can work with your credit card company in blocking any further charges to your credit card.

I wish I came to the reviews sooner as well. I also was charged 39.99 for something I never authorized. I can’t get a hold of anyone. No one is responding to my emails. I’m canceling my credit card and reporting them. They are awful. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING.

The customer support never responds to any issues. I have been trying to refund a pillow I ordered from them And have received absolutely no reply

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT buy ANYTHING from this useless, DISHONEST, scam of a “company!” I wish I had come across the reviews below before my purchase of a neck pillow. They automatically sign you up for a rewards program. Rewards for what??! They get the rewards and you get scammed!

SCAM. Sign you up for a monthly subscription and claim it is easy to cancel but when you try to they just ignore the emails and then wait until you get charged to reply and refuse to offer a refund.
