We focus on performing to KPI’s, providing outstanding customer service whilst working closely & in partnership with our clients. SOLO Home Delivery specialises in ‘One Person’ handled product whereby a traditional 2 person ‘white glove’ service might be too excessive or the product doesn’t fit the requirements of the small parcel networks due to weight or size. In addition to our core delivery business we also offer warehousing, storage & fulfilment as a one stop shop solution. We aim to provide the best possible service, eliminate damages & losses whilst provide high levels of communication across all parts of the journey. With many years of experience & knowledge gained from sitting on ‘all sides of the fence’ we have created a tailored service that we are always aiming to excel at.

Bed frame delivery
Claudio delivered our bed frame today. Called my 5 minutes before so I could be home ready and took it upstairs for me to the room so I didn’t have to carry it.

Right on Time
Great service. Telephoned when 20mins away to let us know and arrived on the dot. Very pleasant and chatty driver Claudio. Parcel carried to where we asked. Would definitely use again.
