SOLO Home Delivery specialises in ‘One Person’ handled product whereby a traditional 2 person ‘white glove’ service might be too excessive or the product doesn’t fit the requirements of the small parcel networks due to weight or size. In addition to our core delivery business we also offer warehousing, storage & fulfilment as a one stop shop solution. Friendly, efficient and helpful
Claudio rang me 20mins prior to arrival, which was great to know he was expected as I work from home. He was very friendly, and helpful by bringing my parcel indoors for which I was grateful of.

Ben & Keiron where really friendly, kept me informed of when they would arrive, followed all my instructions perfectly, and most important my items where all perfect not even a bang or knock to the outer packaging of my sofa bed. Ben the driver was excellent polite and helpful arrived in the allocated time slot. Allowed time to answer door asper note I left for the driver as I have mobility issues. Even carried everything upstairs great job all round x

Ben the delivery driver was first class, arrived at the specified time and was extremely helpful throughout, very polite and I would highly recommend using solo home deliveries in the future.

Friendly and reliable
Ben was our delivery driver, he was super helpful bringing our bed and mattress through without leaving my dad to struggle.

Great - Delivered a little later than time slot however Claudio phoned to keep us updated. The sofa and two armchairs were carefully unwrapped and checked for damage then carried in and placed where I wanted them - Good Job Solo

First class customer service
Excellent customer service and communication throughout, speedy delivery and our delivery driver Ben was very helpful in leaving with our next door neighbour whilst we were late arriving back and communicating with us as to where it had been left. Great bed, can highly recommend!

Great company to buy from
My order was processed quickly, we had good communication throughout, once delivery date was confirmed, we knew what drop number our delivery was, and driver kept in touch with us. Ben was our delivery driver, he was lovely he carried all the boxes in for me. Very friendly and helpful.

We were very impressed by all the messages received over delivery date and time slot. It arrived on time and in good condition. Ben our delivery man was very helpful and friendly and went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Our new bed base is great and excellent value for money. Thank you!

Really cheerful, polite and respectful guy who was on time.
Unfortunately there was only half the order, but Ben immediately called through to his office and raised the issue with them.
