We purchased a full pallet (150 bags) of wood pellets for our stove. The ordering process was straightforward, communication was good, and the delivery arrived as agreed. The pellets were well packed and the price was competitive.

We haven’t started using the pellets yet, so it’s too early to comment on their quality or performance. If they burn well and meet our expectations, we will definitely order from this company again.

This was the first time I have ordered from Solid fuel Hub. They offer a great service, kept me updated with the order and have a pro active approach to customer service to resolve an issues. Will definitely purchasing my wood pellets from Solid Fuel Hub in future

We ordered and we were supplied with a delivery date , they hit it to the hour which is important to us , can't fault their service or product.

Decent products and prices. However, I chose a specific delivery date and then it was delivered 3 days early while I was at work. Was unable to take calls from courier as was in meetings so they just left it on the road without approval leaving it susceptible to theft. When I contacted customer service the phone kept ringing out and then received an email saying it would be investigated and they contact me on the following Tuesday. 3 weeks later and 2 followup emails and I've had no response.

Delivery was very quick and easy. Unfortunately the oviods themselves are extremely dirty and produce a lot of very fine ash. They burn quickly. The ash pan has to be emptied after just 1 small fire.

Quick delivery service. Delivery driver was very kind and brought it as near to my property as he could .

Order taken and delivery made with no fuss at all. New delivery company used on my last two orders who were much better than the one used the first time. Fuel is good quality and I will be buying more.

Good price for trebles and ovoids, despite the hefty delivery charge. Carrier left part of order on lorry. Things can go wrong for every company, but you sorted the problem quickly and efficiently, so many thanks. First time I have used you, but will use you again.

Delivered when they said it would be.
Although if you're getting a pallet be prepared to lug coal off . Thankfully this was not a problem for us.

Advice given on what fuel I needed for multi fuel stove and 8 rads. Settled on super ovals. Not started using yet but delivery was great with very helpful driver.

The fact that the delivery time was not told to me so l wasn't there to get the pallet where it needed to be .
