I am very pleased with the outcome of the end of tenancy clean done by Solid Clean. I had very particular requests which they accommodated and executed professionally. I would surely use them again and strongly recommend.
I came to leave my review and saw a negative comment about Solid Clean Ltd, which I don’t agree with at all. They did an end of tenancy clean for me and my son’s house, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They arrived on time, were super professional, and did exactly what we agreed on. The place looked fantastic when they finished. I’ll definitely be booking them again and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks, Solid Clean Ltd!

Just wanted to share my positive experience with Solid Clean Ltd. They helped me with an end of tenancy clean and everything went smoothly. They were punctual, respectful, and got straight to work. I had no issues with payment I paid the deposit as agreed, and they delivered exactly what was promised. I was really pleased with the results. Honestly, I’d recommend them without hesitation. Thanks again, Solid Clean!

This company is a scam.
They take a deposit and vanish.
BEWARE SO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
THEY ARE THIEVES AND SCAMMERS.

Hello Jennifer,
Thank you for your review, but I believe it’s completely out of context.
At the time I’m writing this, our cleaner is still inside your property actively working. The condition of your home is very different from the photos you originally provided. Despite this, we charged only our standard rate of £295 for a 3-bedroom house with two bathrooms and a reception room.
The property has a strong odour, the oven is in extremely poor condition, and the fridge is full of mould. There is no hot water, and when the cleaner raised this concern, you suggested using a kettle—which is not a safe or acceptable solution for proper cleaning.
To be clear, your property requires decontamination, not a regular end-of-tenancy clean. This is a completely different level of service, involving more time, equipment, and expertise.
While we understand that people may face challenges in life and we say this with empathy it's important to be honest about the condition of your home when booking a service.
Claiming we are a scam because we didn’t respond to your email immediately is misleading. Additionally, the phone number you gave us was incorrect, which made communication even more difficult.
If this review was left to avoid paying for the service, it’s both unfair and dishonest—especially considering our cleaner is still at your property. We have full photographic and video evidence documenting the condition.
Based on the current situation, we are now advising our cleaner to leave the property.
Kind Regards
Solid Clean Team
