Easy to choose the right key which fitted perfectly when I tried it. Post office took 13 days to deliver it on 48 hr stamp. I suggest using an alternative courier.

Easy to order and my order was…
Easy to order and my order was completed in gopd time, a very nice lady sent me an email and phoned me to say I had forgotten to include my password on the order form. So phoned her back and she posted the keys on the same day.
My only issue was my keys came they were taped to a A4 piece of paper in a bag and on the front was a sticker saying solid as a lock. So if the parcel did get in the wrong hand, they would of course know my address and know there were keys inside.

Hello Fay,
We're delighted to hear that you found the ordering process straightforward and easy to use. For added security, the keys are sent via signed-for delivery. As an additional precaution (noted on the listing), we also recommend having them sent to a different address to where the lock is installed. These measures help maximise the security and prevent any potential issues that may occur.
Thank you for your order.
Regards,
Emma
