Really impressed with Solenco Arête Two
Really impressed with Solenco! Our dehumidifier/air purifier was delivered super quickly, and the communication throughout was excellent. The unit is working perfectly - it’s been a huge help for drying laundry indoors and has noticeably improved our indoor air quality in rainy Cape Town. Highly recommend!

Rather than blasting out hot air immediately, it uses advanced convection heating technology to warm the room gently and evenly. We understand that if you were expecting intense heat output right away, the gradual and more natural heating style might have felt underwhelming at first. I would like to give you a good review…
I would like to give you a good review because we love the product. Unfortunately, after having it for a weekend, we had to send it back because the sleep function was faulty and the unit was very noisy. According to Kyle Finlay, last Tuesday, "The exchange is being processed and will be shipped off to you tomorrow.", but we haven't received the replacement unit. Tomorrow will mark 2 weeks without our beloved Arete two.

Due to a backlog in our workshop last week, processing was unfortunately delayed. However, I'm happy to confirm that your exchange was processed this morning and has already been sent to our warehouse. The replacement unit is scheduled to ship out this afternoon.
