I ordered a xl cup from Amazon in December. It arrived and was great, apart from the lid positioning which was defective and did not lock in the correct position. I contacted Paul at solecup via email to inform of issues. I received a swift response and less than 24 hours later was offered a replacement to be sent to me that day! Excellent communication and customer service! The cups are amazing, I love the style and they keep my water cold all day. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends 😊

Absolutely great mugs. I use loose leaf earl grey and it is perfect for that. You can just leave the leaves in and have it as strong as you like. Great product.
The only thing that I do with them is take out the top steel part that has the logo in it, only because it does tend to trap water in there and starts to smell damp after a while. Possibly a drain hole in that bit might make it better or have it removable.

I had been looking for a glass travel mug for ages. These are the best. Never get hot in your hands, such cute colours. They are very durable too. Their customer service is second to none. I had to contact them on two occasions and they truly are the best. Their tea selection is also delicious. I would absolutely recommend solecup above any other. They are an awesome company with great quality products and excellent customer service

The package arrived before the delivery date and it was packed nicely. It's a Christmas present so haven't used the reusable cups yet so can't comment on the product but service is good and prompt.

Order arrive earlier than expected, well wrapped and no plastic in sight! There was a handwritten thank you in the order which I thought was really nice touch! The mango green tea is my favourite, and my large travel cup with tea infuser has hardly left my side since it arrived, love it!

Not as pleased with the purchase as hoped. The cups looked good in the image. The red cup sadly is enhanced in lighting on the website as Red is in fact more orange and my son wanted a red cup. Also ordered black & pink.
Drinking from the lid is unpredictable when the liquid arrives due to the reservoir section in the lid and this also holds liquid after stopping drinking. My husband said he would use the cup without the lid to save feeling the purchase was a complete waste of money but that defeats the purpose. Washing the lid is challenging as the water stays in the lid doesn’t drain away and could risk a stale water build up. On a plus it kept the hot drink hot and working in the NHS often your drinks go cold before you can get to it but I bought 3 cups and no one was elated with their new cup so I feel disappointed as I had purchased them as gifts and had one myself. £40 rather than £60 but still £40 is lot of money to spend when it’s far less than my expectations for my outlay.
Sorry Solecup I’ve bought other cups before in your range as gifts and not had a problem.

great cup, just what i wanted with only 1 small exception....the drinking hole is a bit small.

These are for Christmas but not used yet however brilliantly packaged. They look great. I’m very excited to try the cups!

Cups are really good quality and good prices. I was sent the wrong item and got a reply within 4 minutes (!!!) to send out the new one as well. So good products & great customer service

Don’t waste your money on a Stanley. Get a homegrown version which looks even better and is amazing value for money.
