Great service and delivery, the items i bought are quality products.

My cup has reignited my love of looseleaf tea. So easy to use, wash and keeps the tea nice and hot. The cork holder is perfect, as your hands don’t get burnt on the glass. Really happy with my purchase. I will definitely be treating myself to another one.

I love my SoleCups! Easy to keep clean, 530ml of tea is enough to survive couple hours, infuser is perfect size, siliconband make easier to hold the cup and of course, cups comes with my favorite colours.

Great product, arrived when expected!

Contact straight away to point out that the items I ordred weren't compaitable with each other and one was out of stock. A replacement item was arranged within minutes and shipped straight away. Excellent customer service from Paul and great products. Would definitely recommend thsi company

The mug arrived swiftly, beautifully packaged by the company, and its quality is excellent.

This is one of the best things I've bought all year! It's not just useful, it's colorful and pretty too. I work at a coffee shop, and my drinks just taste better in this cup. My only tiny complaint (because nothing's perfect, right?) is that the steam relief valve is a little weird. If I fill it up and want to drink it quickly, it spills a little.

Product was not delivered directly to me. Then it was send back and noone by SoleCup reacted. After weeks I told SoleCup, that I didn´t get the product, but payed already for it. They proved it and after that send me the money back minus delivery cost.
So just make sure, that you track everything on your own - then it might be good, maybe even very good.

I purchased a Sole Cup for myself in March and have pretty much used it every day since - I love it! I have since bought one for my mum and she also loves it. The cups are very good quality and excellent value for money. The delivery was also very prompt. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Great looking and quality coffee cup. Two things that brought it down from a 5 star. Firstly purely from an engineering standpoint it bothers me that the lever that clips down over the sippy hole doesn’t fold back nice and flush into the lid which would’ve been a reasonably easy design alteration. Secondly, when drinking, your top lip sits on/against the large round ridge of the centre of the lid, which is just a bit uncomfortable and again would’ve been a very easy design alteration to make it more comfortable. Hopefully the next design takes these things into consideration.

Great cup, does the job.
The rubber band stops you getting burnt but can still let quite a lot of heat through when freshly boiled water.
Also a sense of insecurity with the lid as there's no audible "click" shut, so you feel like it could just leak at any time.

Excellent service, quick dispatch and the product is top notch. I live by my solecup.
