Love the scooter only dissapointment is no indicators as all the others in the same price range seem to have them

I have been threatened to have my warranty canceled if I don't change my review that was previously a 1 star I have had two faults that needed repair the second fault was repaired quickly which is why I give 3 star but the threats were out of order they need to learn to be more accommodating people spend all there money to buy these things

I ordered the scooter on Friday and it arrived on the following Monday with everything I ordered with no issues whatsoever. It was also in two boxes for added protection. I had an eEnvirorides PVR Pro previously with dual 1600w motors and this solar P1 Pro with dual 2000w motors is considerably faster. I couldn't be more happy with my purchase.

Don't normally leave reviews but felt the guys at Solar really deserved one ! Honestly, they've been brilliant. Had a couple of issues with our P1 Pro, but their repair and customer service has been second to none. They have always responded to my emails incredibly quickly, and are always polite and helpful. If you want a super fast escooter, I would thoroughly recommend you get it from these guys - five stars !!

Delivery was on time and my son absolutely loves his P1 3.0.

Need to now get him full gear but so far he’s been safe and really happy.

Good company to deal with

One star is for putting my life at risk and my home and putting the blame on me for the faults with the p1.30.

Everything was going good with the p1 3.0 it’s quite fast and been a blast but it only lasted 1 year and five months before it went all down hill from the scooter itself and how management and customer service handle the situation. I started getting error codes like 08, 01, 10. Inside the scooter it started melting plastic connectors. It needed several trips to solar to repair it. Every time I got it back it would start melting plastic connectors again. The last visit they had the scooter for five weeks and I was notified they need to speak to management because it’s a recurring issue.

Management response was “your to blame be quiet” they basically said it’s my fault due to the way I ride the scooter 🤔 I’ve had it for a year and five months not once had this issue. They said all different things like the way I use it, I been using it on single motor. When I never ever do. I might as well buy a peddle scooter. Trying to shut me down and said they would repair it again as good well gesture and repeated it after further response to the email. The tone in the email was like be quiet that’s it we’re not taking responsibility.

So I get the scooter back after the “good will gesture” and few days later what happened! Melting again but this time the damn battery. Luckily the error 10 popped up to prompt to look inside. Not only that they wired up the single and dual buttons up wrong from the same “good will gesture” also left the stem loose both bolts and quick release. They said there not much they can do rectify it after seeing photos of the melted battery and to bring it in again, no way I changed my mind and slung the scooter away it must poor quality to only of last this long through normal use. Either that or they lying and it’s a fault with parts but it cost more to replace than the scooter current value. I asked for refund, replacement and told no, shifting the blame on me. The experience at first with solar was great they response on emails great but as soon had this recurring issue it totally changed. I cannot recommend them to anyone. I would advice to save up more and invest in something better quality than solar scooters. The battery also useless. After a year I started only getting around 8/12 miles on setting 2. Please don’t be tempted to buy one of these scooters it won’t last and when a recurring issue comes up that they can’t or won’t sort out they won’t help you and leave you with nothing.

Fantastic to deal with delivery was on time and setup easy. P1 is a great model.

All good, no issues. Delivery on time. Have not yet tested as it’s raining but will test over weekend and update review.

Just bought my 2nd scooter off solar and it’s absolutely awesome, it’s the solar ff light. It’s brilliant off road and just as good on road, can’t recommend this company enough. Buy with confidence.👌👌👌

Advertises item takes your payment but does not have the item in stock or sends you the wrong item and expects you to pay to send the item back even though they made the mistake.

Solar, there are many different brands but this company has blown me away from its amazing service, after sales support and quality.

The P1 Pro and P1 3.0 are amazing scooters and have help up well for the few months I’ve had these for.

One of the best scooters I’ve tested, delivered on time and the love the throttle control. Cannot wait to put miles on my P1 Pro

Engineers at the West Drayton hub are great to deal with in person. They are knowledgeable and very helpful. Much better experience dealing directly with the hub.

Fantastic service, delivered on time. The Hyperion is absolutely beautiful and very stable. I hit 62mph on a private runway next to me and got the best adrenaline of my life, highly recommended if your looking for a performance scooter.

Scooters are amazing I have a p1 3.0 and it is fantastic maybe it could be more durable for the price as certain things break easily and are not cheap but speed doesn’t disappoint and the repair team are fantastic fixed my scooter in 2 days and sent it back right away and always keeping me updated with the repair and adding a lot of stuff for free

Pre-ordered a £2400 scooter, was delayed 5 total times, arrived after a 7 month wait.

Scooter was faulty from day one, broken lights, cosmetic wear, missing bolts etc.

Rode in light rain once for a short duration, scooter deck was flooded, suffering water damage despite an IP66 rating when advertising (can sustain jet washes). Suspect that the lack of mudguards caused water to spray into the small holes as there was no effort to make any water resistance where wires go to and from the motors to the battery.

False advertisement was removed from the website after this fact, they refuse a refund because I voided my warranty with water damage despite their water resistance rating being a complete lie and a selling point for me initially.

Scooter has never been close to it's advertised top speed, simply lacks the power as the components get bottle-necked.
