Ordered in early July, promised. 3 to 5 day’s delivery, from Manchester, then received an email saying be patient it’s coming from China? Then nothing , 50 emails later , still waiting, the agent doesn’t reply. Company has a comics house address in London, vacant ? Many weeks later no refund and the odd reply saying being patient, the tracker they use is a scam too, then they say it’s delivered, and go check your local post office and ask your family? I have cctv , no parcel was ever delivered. Scam. Claim to make tents ? Don’t think so , all profile’s claiming to receive goods are fake too. Complete scam, needs shutting down.Meta needs to watch companies like this , reported to FB as scammers.

I ordered an item in July 4th , 2023 and it is now August 10th and after various emails back and forth, the item is in transit, request for refund has netted zero. I am glad I only spent 35$ but it does not feel good to be scammed. The universe will correct all gains from deception and trickery.

Paid for on 4 July 2023.
Still no goods. Various emails saying goods on way, one even said it been delivered not to me asked for money back and told they can't do that. All done by emails.
Stay clear of company

We ordered item and paid for it on 27th june 2023, 8th august no item but numerous e-mails later stating package in transit, then been delivered but to where we have no idea. Have asked company for courier details so we can track the package but now answer to e-mails !! Complete and utter disgrace !!

Ordered Ninja Wood Fire BBQ/Air Fryer from the Instagram site which is using the chef Gino D'Acampo endorsement video. Seems to have Teamtopgix.com at the top of the page too. Can't seem to find any contact details email or other for SONGLIYOU LIMITED either. Ordered the product 4 weeks ago and nothing arrived yet by today Aug 4th 2023.

Goods never arrived - 6 weeks with be patient emails and non existent tracking number - claiming refund from bank as luckily paid with a card that has buyer protection- do not give them your money!

Wished i had read reviews before i ordered been waiting weeks for my order have emailed then to be told to be patient 🤔 ok you have took my money with nothing in return 😡 i will be avoiding SCAM 😡

Save your money and aggravation. What a waste. The item I received wasn't even close to what was ordered. If I could attach photos I would.

It is a scam. I wish I had a look at trustpilot before placing an order. Luckily, I just bought a couple of items and lost a small amount of money. Do not waste your money and time with them.

Quality of material and item in general are nothing close tot he images they portray them to be. Halloween costume 100% SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

. They are scam/ j lost my $200 bucks for nothing. They send all the wrong items and wrong size and one item still missing and they are denying to send me the process of returning the items . On top told me cannot refund but will give you some voucher!! The clothes are so quality less - out of imagination. Please don’t buy anything from here

Scam scam scam!!!!! They are baiting you with quality shoe/boot pictures, but ship you extremely poor quality shoes/boots. They are cheaply made. Fake cheap non leather material. Very cheap poor quality. You have been warned!!!

I wish I could rate them a zero. The 5 star rating on their website is hard coded. Its not valid. Otherwise the rating would be zero.

Soinyou seems to be an American webshop, but they are scammers who send junk from China. No item looks like the picture they show and it is the worst quality you can imagine. It takes months to receive your order and still i am missing things. They don't have a return policy and after a long threat you get an address but all costs are for your own account. I'm going to file a complaint wherever I can because this company needs to be eliminated.

Soinyou.com Is a Big Scam, They market them self as a UK company, they are a cheap China company, what you pay for will come some day, it takes months, when you get your JUNK in the mail its Very cheapest fabric "Think 1970s halloween costume that came in a box with a mask"
Don't try to contact them and don't wast your time trying to return this JUNK!! DONT BY THIS JUNK EVER you will just be out money!
