Updated a second generation, non-qualifying Dell PC from Win 10 Home to Win 11 Home and then used a key from MSofficestore to upgrade the machine to Win 11 Pro. Followed seller’s instructions (detailed in email with key) exactly to a perfect outcome. Store rep Charles checked on my progress and stood ready to assist throughout, but not needed. License worked perfectly. Highly recommended!

Price of the software, and especially big help and extraordinary efforts from Mr Charles, who actually spent a lot of his precious time in helping me with product. Honestly, Charles is the best, I couldn't ask for more.

I purchased the windows 11 Home OEM insured product for my laptop since Windows 10 will no longer receive security updates after October. After purchasing for $25.99, I found my processor doesn't support Windows 11. I contacted the live chat only to find out they won't refund my purchase. They said the order form said to make sure to check for compatibility before purchasing. The only problem is that statement shows below the buy now button. So unless you happen to scroll down, you don't see it. That statement should be shown at the top of the order form. Wonder how many people have been ripped off!!!!

I purchased the wrong product but when onto live chat with customer service(charles) and he helped me greatly; he helped me understand how I had bought the wrong product(no clue about tech) and showed me the correct one and got it all sorted quickly for me. No issues whatsoever

I purchased sw from these guys and spent hours trying to get it installed. they remoted into my laptop and they couldnt get the issue resolved. They tried multiple licenses, still nothing. They tried a different version - you guessed it, still didnt work. BUT, as their website says, that they will refund you if they cant get your purchase working, well they didnt, and refuse to refund my purchase.

I went to software supply, downloaded the same software in teh same version I tried to buy from msofficestore and without a hitch it all went seemlessly. I told them several times it wasnt my computer, but that their licenses dont work. they would accept that feedback

Bottom line, these guys are greasy. they dont know what they are doing and will waste both your time and your money. STAY CLEAR!!!!!

Ordered Microsoft office 2019 for my ten yr old laptop I just upgraded to Windows 10 and was very pleased with the ease of download and installation plus the price was more than reasonable. Charles contacted me to make sure everything was kosher and ask if any help was needed. I’ll be back if anything Microsoft is needed in the future
