Vorige week een office 2021 pakket aangeschaft. De toegestuurde key werkte niet.
Hier inmiddels 3 mails achter aan gestuurd maar nul respons.
Mensen Koop hier niks. Ik ben nu 75 euro armer en heb nog geen office op mijn laptop!

Helaas heb ik ook een slechte ervaring met het aankopen van een Excel licentie via SoftwareLicense4U. Wel ruim 56 euro betaald voor Excel, maar de licentie niet kunnen activeren, omdat de code al in gebruik is. Een mailtje gestuurd hierover, maar niet reageren hierop. Zeer teleurstellend en vanaf nu een verlopen licentie. Bedankt!

I allways buy my Microsoft licenses from this site, it's legit and if you have any problems the helpdesk is there to help you out! Would recommend to friends and family

Voorheen altijd prima, maar als je een key hebt die niet werkt dan kun je mailen wat je wilt maar er komt geen reactie. Ook op Livechat reageren ze niet.

I have purchased here a number of times and the product licenses they provide are tricky to install. They neglect to provide you with the tool needed to install most of the time. It has taken up to 15 days for them to reply with support. It has been 27 days now and they have not replied with support for the recent software purchased. It seems as if only one person operates this business and they already have a full-time job. I am out of my money on this purchase and will continue to contact them looking for support. I will let you all know if they reply.

I just received a reply after 2 months. I will see if they will reimburse me since I had to purchase software elsewhere.

voorheen altijd prima, lijken te zijn overgenomen door iets in Curacao ofzo , en als je een key hebt die niet werkt kan je mailen wat je wilt er komt geen reactie.
bij mij werkt 1 van de 3 keys die ik gekocht had niet, maar krijg 0.0 reactie sinds 26 januari
en je business hangt of breekt met je support, die is niet bestaand dus nooit meer, en dat kost ze veel meer business

de livechat heb ik uiteraard ook al geprobeerd en emailadres achtergelaten , er staat ook duidelijk in de livechat voor het laatst actief 20-1-2023 , dus daar mee kom ik er ook niet

update 11-02, niets meer gehoord van wie dan ook , live chat is nog steeds offline, weg blijven en niets meer kopen , enige reactie (en nog snel ook) was op deze review eenmalig , kansloze club geworden , jammer

They used to respond when a key was not good because it was already used, but I have been trying to get support for a month with no replies to their email address and the support widget doesn't even show up now..

Al wekenlang geen reactie op emails en chats.
licentie van Office werkt niet.
Microsoft geeft aan dat de activatiecode niet bekend is en verwijst terug naar de leverancier.
Echt waardeloos dit, geld kwijt, geen manier om contact te krijgen.

I got a bad license for MS Visio 2019 and no response at all on multiple emails. Requested refund and if not refunded before friday, I will make a declaration for fraud.
It has been six weeks now. Made the declaration for fraud and the frauds keep spamming me with huge discounts.

Verry bad company, purges two office 2021 license and non of them works. They dont answer any question's. Don't buy here

Got a bad license key for Windows 10 Pro. I've attempted to start 2 chats and sent an email to their support email, with no response

They will not respond when you need assistance or if they sell you a key that won't activate.

They were our go-to for software for a few years! Lately they've changed -now we get bad keys and no refund, no replacements, no response to chats... We have switched to other sellers now and are disputing our latest batch of bad keys on the credit card. Don't buy from SoftwareLicense4U.

Huge scammers gang. Bought a key but never received it. There is no response to E-mail, also no response via chat (referred to)

Recent een licentie gekocht maar het blijkt een gebruikte licentienummer te zijn, na meerdere male gemaild totaal geen antwoord. Het zijn stelletje oplichters denk ik. Koop aub niks hier.

Na verloop van tijd kwam er toch een reactie waardoor ik dan een downloadlink kreeg. Na installatie de licentiecode gebruikt en kreeg de mededeling dat deze code al meerdere keren was gebruikt dus onbruikbaar.
Daarna volledige stilte, gelukkig zijn er nog andere aanbieders dus die maar eens proberen. In het verleden goede service gekregen maar nu is het om te huilen.

I've bought several items over the years and it's been great. However, I made a purchase last week and received a bad product code. Since then, I have sent emails and chat in order to get a new code or to fix the problem. I haven't received any communication yet.

Wel betaald niet geleverd, antwoorden nergens op

UPDATE: - I see the positive reviews here. That's great. I am a verified purchaser. I have a real client that I was servicing and I have yet to hear from them. So while I appreciate everyone posting positive experiences (I have used them for years) - this is about accountability! I never want to bring down a company. I do want to keep companies accountable. Be accountable and I will be glad to change my review. Until then, I will wait here. As it stands, I've not received help. Period.

This has been a trusted source for me for many years until a couple of weeks ago. I purchased the MS Office 2021 product and could not activate it. I called Microsoft, had a live consultation with them and they recognized the bulk license, but I cannot get it marked as redeemed. I've tried to email several times, leave plenty of messages on the chat only to be ignored. No response. I am really disappointed. Somehow, I have to buy the product elsewhere unless someone can reach back out to me.

The key I purchased for Windows 10 Professional Retail version did not work. The error message stated, "We can't activate Windows on this device because you don't have a valid digital license or product key." I emailed support, and received an auto-response to please use the contact widget, as they don't receive support questions to this email. I used the contact widget which is basically their chat.
All I get is a message, "We are not online. We will email you back." They are not responding.
