Absolutely brilliant company! Everyone I have ever spoken to has been super polite, helpful and collections have been super prompt. Having had to historically deal with a major company who also deals with hygiene services (we shall name no names) who were awful, HSG and the team have really restored my faith. Can’t recommend them enough

Since becoming a customer of HSG we couldn't speak highly enough of the entire team.
We initially invited Tom in to discuss their "Ureco" product off the back of blockages/smells from our urinals. A few days later we were effortlessly signed up.
The installation staff were great. They were polite, friendly and efficient. So much so that we have extended our custom with HSG to our entire washroom service (Sanitry, Soap, Dispensers etc).

Fantastic products, superb customer service and support, highly recommend if looking at water savings

We are a major concert venue and our urinals get a lot of abuse. HSG keep the system working perfectly and are always available on the end of a telephone if we need emergency back-up. Their technicians can be on site sometimes same day if we have any unforeseen problems.
