Great customer support provided by Sam. Purchased through Amazon and provided with the option to receive the code via email straightaway rather than wait for delivery. A technical issue came up but the support was top notch, replying to my messages quickly and resolving the issue. Great company to do business with!

I purchased Microsoft 365 Family from Software Bank Ltd and was very pleased with the service. The product arrived as a genuine sealed box and activated without any issues. Everything worked exactly as it should.

The customer service was also excellent , quick, professional, and very helpful throughout. Considering the quality of the product and support, it was definitely worth the value paid. Highly recommended.

Recently bought AVG from Software Bank Ltd , they were extremely helpful in assisting me in downloading the code and the price was very competitive. . Will definitely be using them again .

Software bank was very helpful and saved me even more money by offering 2yr subscription to AVG for only a few pounds more than the 1yr I had originally ordered.

Just been on Software Bank and purchased Bitfender's Family pack (15 user) 2 year subscription for only £79.99 I'm really impressed at the quality of service I got. They seem very customer focused - answered all my questions promptly by text and once I purchased I got the activation code within a few minutes.
I've taken a look at what other software they discount on and their brands include Adobe, Avast, AVG, Bitdefender, ESET, Kaspersky, McAfee, Microsoft, Norton, ShieldApps and Trend Micro

I'm going for a subscription extension to my Microsoft 365 Family (6 user). A one year subscription for only £69.99 giving up to 1TB storage for each of 6 users.

Little tip - on my existing subscription I use 2 of those accounts to do an all permissions share back to me giving me 3TB of storage and the other 3 licences are used by other family members.

I thoroughly recommend.

I have been using them for a few years now purchasing antivirus and MS Office software.

Everything has been spot on, and on the one occasion we had a minor issue it was corrected straight away.

They have proven to offer a reliable service time and again, hence why we continue to use them.

Good product and good customer service, highly recommended
thanks

Online ordering was fast and efficient, i received
confirmation right away and the product next day.

The help and kindness from the gentleman who resolved my issue was over and above.Thank you so much.

I was pointed towards this company, indirectly, by an Amazon CS manager seeking to solve a failure by his own filfillment centre.
Software Bank produced what I needed pdq by immediate email and at a sharp price. They followed up by confirmatory post, with a personalised note.
Whichever way one measures it, they did the job superbly.
I'll certainly come back again for other wants/needs.

The man was very patient helping me install the software on my system. Its first class software.

This seller has gone way over and above in providing an outstanding service and I cannot thank him enough. He has shown empathy, understanding and respect following my mistaken order of two products in error and has very kindly agreed to refund me despite it losing him money! He has made an OAP feel respected and very grateful. I would not hesitate to recommend him. Thank you.

I really can't praise this company enough.
They are outstanding, caring, considerate, and provide a first rate, topnotch service, that needs to be implemented world wide.
I highly recommend them, and I will continue to, and share their info with all who need it.

I bought software from this company via Amazon. Activation code came a day sooner than expected via email followed by paperwork in first class post. Offered a further discount if I was struggling financially due to cost of living. What a nice gesture. Customer service brilliant.

This company is brilliant, they responded to a request at 01:00!! Above and beyond

Fantastic customer service. Sam was really helpful and resolved the issue I was having with the Bitdefender Security subscription. I would highly recommend this company.
