Software Academy Omdömen

Fantastic support for our son on his course from Tutor Ronan, who is very supportive and takes time to ensure things are understood fully before moving on to the next subject.

The wider software academy team are very positive, supportive and go out of their way to assist.

Catriona helped us in arranging tickets for our sons graduation and had to make some allowances to help us all attend as a family, this is greatly appreciated, it shows this is more than a business to the team and they really care about their students and wider family.

Very nice and helped me when I didn’t understand I would recommend it

We have just had a trial lesson for my 9 year old son with Damon. My son has had a year's tuition with a different provider and we are now switching to Software Academy. Damon was fantastic at helping Leo navigate the system, write code and understand what he would be learning. He was also very patient as Leo is NeuroDivergent and gets very bouncy and distracted! If you are curious about your child learning tech via an provider, I cannot recommend booking a trial enough. I am very excited for Leo to start his education with Software Academy

Fantastic course with excellent tutor to guide my daughter through level 1 certificate in computer game design and development. She loved completing this course and is now moving to next level 2.

Thank you Aziz for your prompt response to my enquiries

Super helpful, friendly and very professional. Thank you, Aziz and the Software Academy team, for your help and for making sure that our son, who has special educational needs, is well looked after on the day of graduation! We really appreciate your assistance.

It was amazing help kids like it

My son has learned a lot. Excellent.

There are recurring discrepancies regarding the payment amounts for the third month, requiring constant follow-up on my part to rectify these issues. Furthermore, customer service response times have been consistently delayed.

While the quality of tuition remains excellent, we were recently notified of a cancellation for an upcoming session. I have provided alternative dates for rescheduling via email and have been awaiting a response for three days.

As my child is enrolled in private tuition and we experienced a higher standard of service last year, I trust this feedback will assist in improving both your financial operations and customer service responsiveness for his Level 2 studies.

My 9 year old son loved it. We will definitely be signing up

My daughter had a trial lesson with Damon and really enjoyed it. Communication was clear and the lesson was interesting and interactive.

Great company. Always efficient and very polite.

We have Tarek as our teacher. He is absolutely amazing with my son.
They get on very well. We are now in our second year with Tarek and I hope we get to keep him for year 3 also!
He listens to everything my son asks, and answers accordingly.
He is also very good at understanding, an 11 year old may mess about a bit or get distracted sometimes. But Tarek doesn't dismiss my sons behaviour.... he responds with humour and still always manages to get my son back on track very quickly.
He has all the attributes of an amazing teacher. I hope he is recognised for this.
Too many teachers consider themselves superior to a child (not in Software Academy, but in schools) .... but Tarek has managed to level with my son and teach him great stuff as well. I couldn't ask for better. Thanks Tarek. You are an A* teacher!

Software Academy try their best to be highly efficient and tend to all needs where necessary. Great company. Always very polite and happy to help.
Areas to improve: The available capacity at graduation ceremonies.

My joined the level 1 computing course. He thoroughly enjoyed his lessons which were interactive and the tutor ensure my son was focused. I am pleased to say a month on and my son is still able to create animation/games on scratch

My son loved the class, he was particularly excited about the coding prompts and how they made the cars move in different directions, he also thought it was cool that he could change the colours and choose different sounds for the car. Brandon was a really good teacher and listener, he made the class fun and engaging.

This company is amazing. The tutor working with my child is named Sachin Ganap. He was frindly and encouraging, and is great at building my childs confidence. the lessons are fun and interactive. and the price great.

My son loves these sessions. The only time I see him do homework without being told. We have tech Issues with our laptop and they were extremely helpful

Brandon was Fab he talked in a nice relaxed speed. Explained everything and gave options and answered questions.
He took time to relax my son and made him feel confident that he could do this.
My son really enjoyed his free lesson.
We signed up straight away.
He is excited to get started.
Thankyou Brandon. You made Masons day!!😊

I learned how to use two websites for the Architectural Visualisation taster session course: Sketchup and Blender. Both sites were incredibly interesting and allowed me to experiment with different tools for building things such as a stage and a house using multiple commands on my keyboard. Thank you Ben Andrews for guiding me and being extremely helpful!

I had an outstanding experience with Software Academy! The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, breaking down complex topics into easy-to-understand instructions. My nine-year-old girl took their course for the first time, and she is extremely happy with the results. We will definitely continue learning with them.
