When an organisation receives feedback…
When an organisation receives feedback and responds to it. It is undoubtedly a decent organisation to work with. We have feedback relating to homework, more active engagement so parents could clearly see development and SA has put all of that in place my son is more actively engaged and as a parent I can clearly see the output on a week to week basis. Well done SA. … I have not yet given a 5 as waiting to see how it ends ie what the total experience is like, but so far well done.

We had our first trial lesson with…
We had our first trial lesson with Software Academy and the instructor, Thomas Parker, was absolutely wonderful. From the very first minute of the online session, he was incredibly patient, kind, and professional. He worked really hard with my son to make sure he understood what was going on and took the time to explain things clearly. It was only our first trial, but so far, I can clearly say that Software Academy looks like a very good academy. We had a very positive first experience, i would definitely recommend giving them a try.

Great support, more than just teaching, real care for students
Fantastic support for our son on his course from Tutor Ronan, who is very supportive and takes time to ensure things are understood fully before moving on to the next subject.
The wider software academy team are very positive, supportive and go out of their way to assist.
Catriona helped us in arranging tickets for our sons graduation and had to make some allowances to help us all attend as a family, this is greatly appreciated, it shows this is more than a business to the team and they really care about their students and wider family.
