Terrible experience! The products I received were nothing like what was advertised. The towels were thin, cheap, and definitely not the “luxury cotton” they claim on their website. Customer service is practically non-existent — no replies to emails, no help with returns, and ridicolous 10% refund offered.
The whole process feels misleading: flashy ads, fake promises, and zero accountability. I strongly advise avoiding this site at all costs. It’s a complete scam.

Scam. I ordered towels advertised as hotel quality Egyptian cotton and what they sent is cheap, low quality rubbish. Zero customer support and no realistic option of a refund. Meta should be prosecuted for enabling such companies to advertise and trick people.

Very small and delivered was so long. No tag saying what it is and how to wash it. Fraud

Also bought the 450sgm cotton robe and received a synthetic shitty poliester robe.
Its a fraud and scam. Do NOT buy!!
Please authorities do sth about it, i relied because they are meant to be from the US (Delaware) but its a huge chinese scam.

We saw their ad on facebook for very comfy and luxury bathrobes. Nice pictures, nice descriptions, 450 grm egyptian cotton, high price, but good discount: all a scam.
Once arrived, the luxury bathrobes are of a cheap synthetic material (polyesther) with huge static electric charges and very small: unusable.
The return is to Asia (stupid us did not look at this before ordering), the customer must pay, plus a 20 USD handling change.
A scam, a fraud

Perfektes Marketing, tolle Beschreibung ihres Produktes, beste Materialien, exzellente Qualität aus ägyptischer Baumwolle. Das wird versprochen.
Geliefert werden billigste und einfachste Lappen in minderer Qualität. Man darf ja schon dankbar sein dass überhaupt geliefert wird.
Rücksendung nach China auf meine Kosten und eine Bearbeitungsgebühr wird auch noch angedroht.

This company is a complete fraud. They advertise their products as 100% cotton, with nice photos and descriptions promising high-quality natural materials, but what they actually send is cheap polyester junk. It's blatant false advertising designed to deceive customers and take your money. I feel totally ripped off and cheated. Do not trust this site – stay far away!

It's %100 polyester, straight from China. Very deceiving website. I tride calling in regard for a return, phone number is fake. I emailed, did get a response, I sent pictures and everything but still havnt heard back. I will be reporting to Canada's fraud website. This was an expensive gift and I was excited to give to my partner but I won't be giving them this garbage. I could have easily bought a polyester robe for half the cost.

I didn't think companies could get away with running such obvious scams in this day and age, but Softnss has proven me wrong! According to the product listing, the $80 robe I ordered was supposed to be "crafted from 100% premium cotton with a
450 GSM Zero-Twist weave." The robe that I received has a garment tag that says it is 100% polyester, and Softnss is not willing to refund my purchase unless I pay for international shipping and customs back to China. Customer service is very careful to never confirm that they didn't deliver the product as ordered, they just apologize that you're "dissatisfied" with the product. In good faith, I reached out to the company to return the polyester robe before reporting them to PayPal, but I am not willing to lose money on their error. According to communications with the Softnss customer service representative, "We don’t currently offer free returns. All returns must be sent to our fulfillment center in China, located close to our fabric partners...Please note: returns sent to other addresses may unfortunately be lost or destroyed, and we wouldn’t be able to process a refund in that case. All custom duties should be paid by the returner." Softnss' options for resolution are not acceptable. I will not be paying shipping and customs back to China for a fraudulently advertised product. Softnss continues to offer partial refunds (15%, 25%, 50%, and 75%) while I'm escalating this issue through PayPal's resolution center. Allowing this company to keep a portion of the money I spent on an Egyptian cotton bathrobe is also unacceptable. There is a significant price and quality difference between Egyptian cotton and polyester. I paid a premium price for high quality Egyptian cotton, and received a garment made of cheap polyester. Advertising high quality fabric and delivering the customer low quality fabric is a scam and illegal. Stay far, far away from this company.

I’m writing this review to warn others about my experience with Softnss (operated by AB Community Group LLC). The company advertises premium-quality towels that look thick, plush, and well-made — but what I received was completely different: thin, loosely woven towels of visibly inferior quality. The difference between the advertised product and the actual one is not subtle — it’s blatant misrepresentation.

When I contacted customer service, they acknowledged the discrepancy between the advertised and received product and initially offered three options:

Keep the product for a small (15–20%) refund,

Exchange for the correct item, or

Return for a full refund (with return shipping covered).

Since the towels clearly did not match the advertised ones, I chose option 3 — a full refund with prepaid return shipping, per their own written policy on their website.

Instead of honoring their policy, they refused to provide a prepaid return label and insisted that I pay for the return, even though they had admitted that the product was incorrect. Later, they offered a “50% refund” — but only if I wrote and signed a handwritten letter stating that I was no longer disputing the charge and attached a copy of my ID. This is a highly unusual and suspicious request, and I strongly advise others not to comply with such demands.

The company’s behavior suggests a pattern of avoiding full refunds and pressuring customers into accepting partial compensation instead of following their own policies.

In short:

The product received did not match the advertised product.

The company refused to honor their refund policy.

They attempted to make me sign a handwritten “no dispute” letter to get even a partial refund.

The whole process felt manipulative and unprofessional.

I would strongly recommend avoiding Softnss / AB Community Group LLC altogether. Their marketing is misleading, their refund process is evasive, and their customer support tactics are concerning.

I ordered bath towels and the serenity robe unisex. Their advertisement said 100 % Egyptian cotton 5 star hotel quality! What a Joke! I bought 8 towels and 4 hand towels different colors and none of them are Egyptian cotton. The serenity robe was to be Egyptian cotton and it is not. The robe is 100% polyester says made in China and fits 2 sizes to small. The towels are not 5 star quality and the tag reads 100% Cotton! ( Not Egyptian Cotton!) Now they tell me I have to ship it back to China but the shipping labels says Ontario Canada. They also told me they don't offer full refunds?? What does that mean. What it means is this company is fraudulent, misleading and does not care about you or your trust. This is done on purpose. When they respond they say oh we are sorry your not happy with the quality and we understand your frustration when your expectations are not met. They are trying to Mange me instead of following their word. It is illegal to advertise a product and not supply that product. This company is not trustworthy and out right lies to you.

This is a scam!!! This is certainly a dropshipper - I ordered a 100% European Cotton robe for $90 and received a 100% polyester robe. On the website it notes that they will charge you a $20 fee to return it, and you have to pay for postage to China. I’ll be reporting them for fraud and disputing the charge with my bank. I never even received tracking - it just showed up at my house 10 days later in an unmarked bag. Stay away!!!

ETA - I contacted them and they said I could either get a 10% refund or pay to international shipping fees to send the item back to China. I had to get my credit card company involved and reported them to the FTC.

BE WARNED ! This company is a front and not what you expect .They are a chinese company shielding as a ligit uk supplier and the product of bath mats we ordered are awful . They are no more than cheap towels .When we raised the alarm to them and were required to send photos of their own product to them !? and then expect the uk buyer to return to China and wont pay postage which would be high .AVOID THEM .I don't trust any of these reviews and will file a complaint to my bank and trading standards to look into them

Please read others concerns on FACE BOOK !! many experience the same issue . A clear scam and we are alerting our bank /trust pilot for false reviews /trading standards and face book alerted for FRAUD

IF THIS GETS TAKEN DOWN THEN TRUST PILOT NEED PROOF WHY THEY INSIST ON RETURN TO CHINA WHICH IS VERY EXPENSIVE AND LEAVES THE BUYER WITHOUT OPTION .

Update. Please read others Facebook issues. This is a fraudulent company and we are asking Barclays fraud to return payment. Also Trustpilot and Facebook plus trading standards uk to look into them. You cannot possibly expect uk customers to return poor quality goods to China due to excessive shipping costs and the company is a front for excuses and poor quality. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Avoid at all costs, absolute scam. Towels are just cheap rubbish. Company based in China all returns must be sent back to China at buyers cost and then charged £150 admin fee. I will report to trading standards and. Instagram
