Good customer service and range of online products. We haven’t received the shoes yet as only ordered today, but they look good quality and comfortable and hopefully mum will love them.

was really easy to order with them, we haven't received the coat yet. I had an issue with my first order not going through because of my bank and the customer service reply was so quick and really helpful.

I am furious. I ordered shoes for a wedding with a stated two-day delivery date. It has taken over a week and still hasn't been delivered. When I queried it, I was told that, since it's impossible to cancel an order online, I'm liable for the postage to Asia and that they will charge a 15% handling fee on top of other costs. In addition, as their website states: Customers are responsible for: Return shipping costs; Choosing a shipping carrier that supports customs clearance & gives a tracking code; Any applicable customs duties, taxes, and handling fees; Providing accurate customs documentation. Please note that Farrow & Sons is not responsible for return shipments that are delayed, rejected, or lost due to customs issues, unpaid fees, or incorrect shipping methods. This makes it almost IMPOSSIBLE to return any order due to circumstances beyond the customer's control, and I will NEVER buy anything from this store or site again. A WARNING for all other customers!

Lovely coats, easy website to navigate and easy payment process

The free delivery was a nice bonus because I was only planning on ordering one item. My overshirt arrived in good condition and fits exactly how I wanted.

I'm glad my credit card provider asked for approval after I went ahead with my purchase, because the amount that showed for approval on my credit card was £12 more than it showed on the cart total.

I had a sizing question before placing my first order and sent a message through customer service. Someone got back to me within a few hours and suggested the size that would probably work best based on the measurements I sent. Their recommendation was right. The dress fits comfortably without being loose.

Customer service was very quick to get back to me and solve my problem completing my order.

Very easy purchase, however more money was taken but v quick response and hopefully will be fixed v soon

I was unsure between two sizes for a shirt and customer service helped me choose. They answered within a day and asked for a couple of measurements before recommending one. It fitted well when it arrived so I appreciated the help. Saved me having to send anything back.
