The shop is very spacious very well designed and lots of different designs to choose from the staff where very helpful explained everything I ask about the sofa I bought

I contacted your company via email and was given the wrong info. So glad I went to store ( twice) I wanted to look at a sofa that I was told was in store but wasn't. I ended up purchasing another but was worried incase of delivery issues, so needed to check. The guy in the store was really helpful to sort any measurements to check

An overall brilliant experience

It was Alishbavwho dealt with us. She was absolutely fabulous and patient as we were very undecided as to what we wanted. She wasn’t pushy but helpful and knowledgeable. I’m very happy with what we picked and wasn’t pushed into making the wrong decision. I would recommend her to anyone.

Lovely staff. The Guy who served us was very helpful and knowledgeable. On our first visit noone pestered us so it's a great shop to just wander round and choose.

Both visits to Sofology have felt calm and relaxed with no pushy sales people, just helpful, friendly staff enjoying their job and offering good advice when needed. Tony was there to greet us on both visits and was very personable and easy to talk to as well as very knowledgeable. He left me to think things through at my own pace and that allowed my decision to feel like exactly the right one without being rushed or swayed in any direction, including the finance options. A breath of fresh air compared to the other companies I visited who were either like vultures, or had a lack of care, and that's why I returned to Sofology as everything felt right, not just the fabulous sofa designs and features. Thanks for all your help, Tony, you were a star! I know I was a very fussy customer, but you embraced that and I am now very excited to have my perfect sofa delivered!

We went in to buy one sofa and ended up coming out with two, this was mainly down to Millie the staff member who helped us - after months of shopping around we ended up purchasing the first two sofas she showed us because she listened to what we needed and was able to

We visited the Rotherham store last week, looking for a new sofa. We had been in previously to look around and went home to look into what size would fit the best. Once we had decided we went back to the store, knowing exactly what we wanted. Tony helped us order it but before answered all our questions and was very informative. He was thorough with every step and we really appreciated it. Can’t wait for our sofa to arrive.

Excellent customer service

The staff at sofology Rotherham are very good and helpful but the after care with head office is non existent if you have a complaint our two leather sofas which cost over 4000 pounds which are1year old have black marks where the leather has worn all the leather is loose and looks like a Friday night job so I would advise anyone to stay clear of this company

I was able to browse the store without being pressured into a sale and could obtain some swatches to match my other furniture
