Able to view sofas without being overwhelmed by staff, staff very present but gave me space to make a decision

Adrian at the Rotherham store made our purchase such a great experience. We had seen a particular sofa but have 5 cats - Adrian helped with the most suitable fabric choice, made us a coffee so we got the full sofa experience. Later we rang to obtain some more measurements and this was useful too. Adrian also sent us a fabric sample

The sales rep was top notch and we were about to get the sofa we want at a good price compared to others

Adrian staff member was the best loved him and his service helped us after months of looking for the perfect sofa

After receiving an incorrect delivery (they sent the wrong footstool) Sofology have failed to respond to multiple emails, and promised a callback twice, neither of which were made.

It seems that once Sofology have your money they have no interest in resolving any issues. So 2 weeks after our initial complaint we've been left with a mismatched footstool that we can't use as it needs to be returned, and no hint of a resolution

Great staff very friendly and knowledgeable gave good information on product also caring for sofa many thanks to Tony for a pleasant buying experience.

We encounted Miles on entering the showroom,he left us to browze, when we found something nearly suitable his expertise came to the fore.lovely chap very informative and helpful.

The shop is clean, bright and well laid to help with choosing the right sofa for our needs. We received a warm welcome and every member we of the team we saw said hello. The sales person Tara was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and assisted us in choosing the right sofa and makes great coffee.

Went into store first time looking was meet by a lovely women who was very helpful went back in next day no staff was around my mum shouted 3 times was just answered by a yes no 1 came was all sat talking on the upper level 2 other customers in store with same problem ended up coming out and ordering my sofa online however only had 1 email to conifm my order would be started and nothing since

Such a warm welcome when we visited. We dealt with Leah who was so friendly, very knowledgeable and patient with us while we sat on every sofa three times! From Conor, Ellie and Yuki the chihuahua.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Bought the Allure sofa looks absolutely beautiful and I can't wait for the delivery day. This going to be a game- changer-super comfy and it's going to look ace in our living room.

Was very enjoyable talking to tony he explained how everything worked and was very helpful he couldn't do enough for us, even made us a lovely cup of tea. We're left to have a look around after everything explained

We just ordered a hygge sofa from the sofology branch at parkgate, Rotherham. We got a fantastic service from Tony. He was really knowledgeable and friendly and not at all pushy. He also smelt very nice 😊 would definitely recommend
